First time in Alfawal, I've heard about it from friends but never actually been myself. My husband and I ordered the fatteh hummus, fatoush, samaka Harrah, and some manakeesh. Food tasted good, and to be honest, the fatoush was the best I've had so far. ?...Most of the people there were just having coffee and shisha, we just wanted to try the food. The place smelled good and it looked clean. Service was fast. Recommended

Firstly there service staff are definitely undertrained. I had a tough time getting my order through to them.I went with hopes of my eating Freekeh but they gave me a Fattah! They told me that they were out of Freekeh and decided that I wanted to eat Fattah without even asking me and without an apology. Now I have to admit that the Fattah was good, but unfortunately I didn't order it and by then I was to hungry to send anything back.We ordered a kebab platter with some modifications and unfortunately didn't get what we wanted there too. They got the correct order later but that's want as good as the meat kebabs.Overall did was decent but the service was abysmal.

First and last time. Ordered 4 manakeesh, 2 meat and 2 zatar. What I received were 4 pies that had barely any ingredients on them. Mostly dough! Whoever prepared this was very stingy with ingredients, and we ended up having dough for dinner! The fun part? They charged $10+ for each. I wish I had read the reviews here before I ventured to order from this silly place. It's evident from the reviews that this place's motto is "We don't care, and it shows!".Never again.

Worst experience, food is Ok but something wrong with people. I think they got cheap labor. First time, Gave cold Pita that sells at metro and when asked for warm bread, this guys talks to another customer in another language and laugh at me. Then says chef doesn’t know how to cook Bread. Perhaps, I thought it’s a valid reason and main chef didn’t show up. Then after few minutes later, I asked for some more bread. another waiter bring me fresh warm bread. Shocked! To see that, so first guy was playing with me. They need to focus on Custer service. So rude!

I just went for shisha and drink last Monday . My last visit was 3 years ago and the food was not wow at that time. Some shisha flavor are not available,I asked 4 times for a bottle of water from 2 different servers and I did not receive it,Washrooms need attention. The open kitchen concept is nice, but you need to maintain high hygiene and cleaning level, especially the cooks ?.I will never eat there because of the kitchen staff and the kitchen hygiene level.
Foul, falafel, humus, fatoush, kenafa, Turkish coffee and tea.. all were very good quality today and fresh food.. along with very nice level of service. Thank you!

I put the 3 stars for the food and hookah both was very good but why i didn’t put the 2 more stars for two reasons:-- The workers are good but they need some training of ( services & hospitality), i ask them to bring empty dishes and spoons and forks because they bring the food only- The restaurant need some deep cleaning and more organizing , the windows and doors was dirty, the outdoor area need more clean
