Visited Alioli last week with a work group after seeing strong reviews and appealing food photos, but the experience didn’t live up to expectations.

We noticed a few things that affected the evening:

The service felt quite pushy around drinks, which came across as upselling rather than hospitality.

When we ordered the seafood platter ($109), focaccia was presented in a way that felt like it was included, but it appeared as an extra charge on the bill. Bread was not provided by default on the table as expected at an establishment like this.

Water was only available by bottle and we were surprised to see nearly $60 (plus tax) charged for relatively small flat water bottles.

As for the food, the calamari had a burnt taste and the risotto was mediocre, especially given the price point. Our total bill was around $600, and based on the overall value and experience, we wouldn’t return.

The service at Aioli was impeccable. And the selection of the menu was very good. I chose the risotto and my guest the pasta special. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. There were a number of people in the restaurant but we never felt like we couldn't hear ourselves. Well done!

We have been going to this Alioli for years. Always experience excellent service and the food is outstanding.

We really enjoyed the food, lots to choose from including the specials of the day. Our waiter was great, very attentive, would go again, highly recommend

We've for dinner last night, and let me tell you that this place impressed me from the moment I stepped in. The little lobby was clean, inside everything was spotless. The table covered with immaculate white table clothes, the floors as well clean, the cutlery spotless sparkling clean. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was beyond expectations and the portions very generous. It was a really good experience , an excellent service and the food beyond imagination good.

Always blows us away how good this place is. Only get to go twice a year. But it's been for over 10 years and it's still catching our breath on how good everything is. Love love always a favourite.

What an experience, this gem 💎 has been in Mississauga for the longest time and I missed it. Definitely recommend if you want to take out the family or a flying for a great experience.

Gorgeous restaurant and the most personalized service ever!

Massimo created the most beautiful experience for my sons 17th birthday. We had around 40 guests and the overall experience and atmosphere was appreciated by all.
