Great chicken and beef shawarma. The manakeesh was more like Turkish Pides. Surprising that they don't have hummus. Takeout service was quick, although the staff was a bit abruptVegetarian options: Falafel

The family meal and the shawarmas had very little to no meat in them.

Ordered over the phone for an 8 piece broasted chicken combo. Was told, would be ready in 15 minutes, but got there after 20 minutes and still wasn't ready. Waited another 10 minutes for my order. The chicken tasted OK, but nowhere close to broasted chicken tastes from back in the Middle East. There are other locations within the GTA with better tasting broasted chicken. Fries, coleslaw, and buns were great.

In a city where it's difficult to decide between different shawarma places, Shawarma Alzaeem has to be in my top 3. It's located in a busy area by Tomken and Eglinton with lots of parking. I've only ever ordered from this place for pick-up and the quality never disappoints. I always get the chicken shawarma plate and chicken saj sandwich. The chicken shawarma is ALWAYS so fresh, flavourful, and juicy. The saj has a nice crispy outer layer that pairs well with all the fillings. They give generous portions for the price point and the staff is always very kind! I know they have a few tables for dine-in and a patio during the summer! Overall, I recommend checking this place out if you want to try out a new shawarma place in Mississauga!
