Conveniently located just after immigration, past the duty-free shop and up to the second floor. We were warmly greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff at reception, very impressive! Special compliments to Mr. Andrew B , his smile and service truly brightened our day. The environment is calm and cozy, making it perfect for an early morning visit. We especially loved the comfortable breakfast corner

Came in at 7am on a weekday and I was the only one in the lounge, its definitely very nice when you have the whole lounge to yourself.

Nice employees. But tiny, tiny, tiny... And packed as a consequence... Was warm outside, the AC wasn't strong and we were all sweaty inside...

It still amazes me that a One World airline like American Airlines has such a tiny lounge at the Toronto Airport. Best guess it can only sit 50 to 60 people like a sandwich without space for luggage. Food selection was nominal. Coffee machine is always good when you can get expresso or cappuccino. Staff was pleasant and kept tables clear.

This place is WAY too small. No room to move. It’s like being on a plane. In coach. In a middle seat. That doesn’t recline. Between a feuding couple. The friendly staff are the only thing saving this place from a 1 star rating. We left and just sat next to our gate.
