we are regular cuatomer,ordered a medium well 16 oz new york steak for take away, went back to work for lunch to my dismay! the steak is burnt,i did not touch the steak and went back to master steak hoping they would change it but they refused,even a well done does not look like this!!!

I have been going there for many yrs .I had 8oz steak and egg breakfest steak was shoe leather and asked for peanut butter and jam for my toast was like pulling teeth NO PEANUT BUTTER. LATELY it has not been as good as it was .

Found ourselves at this restaurant by chance since it was the only establishment we could see on the horizon/ that a reasonable walking distance from our hotel room. Ended up leaving glad we came here. Bartender gave us amazing service. Reasonable prices, and a cozy nostalgic atmosphere.

Tried to order for take out. Have done it twice in past. The woman who answered the phone rudely told us you can't place a take out order and just hung up. Called back only to be disconnected. Ordered elsewhere.

Great food and service with a nice variety of options on the menu. Workers are very nice and efficient, order is typically done in 10 mins max. Been the top spot for steak dinner in my family for three generations now.
