This place feels like a little hidden gem. I have no idea why its getting so much hate. The prices matched the indoor board to a tea plus tax. We ordered the veal sandwich and meal and it was fantastic. The rice was just not for me but my partner loves it. We will be back. The customer service was amazing and the kitchen looked clean.
The food here is so disappointing. Chicken is so bland, tough, chewy and no grill taste whatsoever. Their portions are horrible, rice is hard, old tsating. Overall

I wish I could give no stars, the food was horrible and cold. I felt like I was eating leftovers from 1 week ago. I didn't get the whole order as promised. I even called to ensure my order was accurate and it still arrived wrong. Went straight from the Uber to the garbage and God forgive me for wasting food but this was NOT edible. Please save your money. And the peri peri is just oil. I could probably eat a leather jacket and it wouldn't be as hard as this chicken was

Honestly.... you should be ashamed to have this restaurant the food tastes REALLY bad and the service is HORRIBLE. My chicken was bloody and dried. The pasta tasted like it had gone bad and the rice was stale. AVOID AVOID.

Menu says Pork Ribs but survey asks if you recommend BBQ Baby Back Ribs. Company is operating under 2 names. Churrasqeria Applewood Meats and LA Boca Feliz. Food arrived cold twice now only this time my stomach is really bothering me. It's left out too long! After I ate half the ribs I felt sick but thought maybe it was from eating too many custard tarts afterwards. So I ate the other half the next day and got sick again. The owner responded below saying Uber is at fault due to driver availablity but they take the same amount of time with everyone and just because it arrives cold does not mean you get sick. Eating cold food doesnt make you sick. Leaving food too long on display does, or spoilage in some other way.

So, I went there early, bird, 1100h, on doordash they're like Full Menu, 10am, so no need to call and confirm, so ordered, full chicken, 3 shrimp patties, wings dinner and small beans, they say 1119h, get there 1119h exact, got texts saying food is ready and everything, is it ready?, NO!, she's like what order?, I show her, she has no clue, kitchen is not bustling, at all, she's like take a seat, want water?, sure, 20 minutes later I got my food, thank god, because I thought it would take much longer, chick works at texas longhorn right besides this place, too, she's pretty good, food looks good in the takeout containers, wondered where it came from because didn't see any of my stuffs in the hot table, which looks good, other than rice and potatoes, got home, everything looks good, not fresh, but somehow they had it ready to go, from the night before I assume , somehow, everything was less than luke warm, but tasted great, chicken wings were good, crispy, beans, pretty delish, chicken, not so bad, not spicy hot still, was my option, wing setup was great, pasta, salad, rice and potatoes, not much of each but looks great and went well in the combo, so all and all was happy, rice was less than warm, but everything was edible, and fine, just wish it was morning fresh, but i'm not complaining because I got 50% off, choo choo, but if I was paying full price, then yeah it would need to be hot off the oven, which it was not, which was the only downfall, whatever, i got lunch for one and dinner for three, for $28, I rock the deal$!
