The staff were absolutely amazing! However the check out process to manually enter my CC number complete with security code zip and exp date in an airport setting is absolute bananas on a staff iPad. Not only are you alienating the guests that just want an easy drink after security and make them go thru this process, you are completely ruining the customer service relationship. The first thought I had was now I hate this person. It’s just natural, then I realize there’s no way that the wait staff is responsible for this it’s absolutely idiotic decision it could only be the management and contract holders that are not seeing this ridiculous transaction play out. Your bar is empty when others are full this is why. For me it’s a few mins of a pain point for your staff it’s their whole shift, how dare you subject your staff to this day in day out. Get these people a hand held terminal like every other establishment in Canada.

We had a lovely experience dining here while waiting for our flight, our server Rozaina was awesome, super attentive towards us while answering any questions we had. Very warm and friendly. Our food was quite nice too but overall service was excellent, we’d recommend!
I ordered a salad, but it was completely different from what was described on the menu. The ingredients didn’t match at all, and it was really disappointing. However, the staff was kind enough to refund it without any issues, which I appreciated. While the service was good, the food quality needs improvement.
The hummus plate was quite good! Friendly service and acceptable airport pricing.
Server and cook was attentive to questions and courteous.
Paying before I get my food and experience the service and requesting a tip is outrageous. I hope to god that 100% of the tips goes to server and cook. If not. Shame on you. I’ll never come to this place again. You’re lucky I’m hungry.
Took a while and served cold. The order was wrong, they were arguing about the sandwich having no Brie cheese even though it is written on the menu. Worst pickle I have ever been served in my life. Food was not terrible though.

What a stupid ordering system. You order at your seat in the lounge. I thought they were still opened and ordered (and paid for) a drink, only to have a waiter come and tell me they are closed and I needed to request a refund in their system and wait 5-7 days for it. I asked why they would accept orders when closed and he said the app accepts orders 24/7! How could they not have fixed that yet??
5:08 am on September 25, 2024. Whoever was the woman, fair skin tone with black, wavy hair serving at this restaurant (F61), unbelievable service. As I was sitting across from the little bar/island, this man came up to them, sat down and even I could tell he wants to order but is confused. Yes, it is scan to order, but guess what, not a lot is familiar with that process. But this “server” was very demeaning, as she tried to “help him. There might’ve been a language barrier but damn, this “server” doesn’t not have a very good customer service lol. She kept repeating “it’s scan to order” and has no care to actually help him. And a cherry on top, she literally said to him before he left “if you don’t like what we have, you can go somewhere else”. The poor old man didn’t do anything bad and just wants to eat, yet he treated him so poorly. That’s what I witnessed, whatever her side is, she SHOULD NOT have acted like that at all.
Over priced like all airport restaurants, and the food was not impressive. I ordered avocado toast with egg and the bread was not toasted
Pleasant stop in Pearson airport, Rozaina a top notch bartender & server!
We had a great waiter that delivered our food within 30 mins of us ordering, and also helped us understand how to order, 5 stars great service
