My husband and I wouldn’t eat due to servers with long hair and beards with no hair nets. No tables wipes down and staff on their phone crouched down behind the counter.

Avoid this place if you can.
Not a lot of option at the airport so I had no choice but to order from here.
No greetings from the staff at all. They did you acknowledge me after like 5 mins that I was trying to get their attention to find out that I have to order and pay from the QR code in order to get the food.
Bartender has no charisma at all, looks like he doesn’t want to be here and he had the audacity to sit next to me with a tablet and ask for a tip!! LOL
Food was meh… and I got sick after 30mins.
Not worth it

The tip was added before the order, and the service was unacceptable. Our food was dropped off with no water or cutlery, and we had to request everything ourselves.

For airport food in Toronto, very decent. Beats the crap they serve in the overcrowded air Canada lounges. Friendly staff and great service.

Home to the single grumpiest grey haired male server on earth
Also auto gratification of 15% to use the WR code and basically be told not to communicate with the staff is wild. They will automatically close your bill without notice (after 45mins) and not provide a receipt unless pressured.

There's expectations for airport food and then there's this place. Hands down you will be hard pressed to find better food nearby.

Fresh, tender, well put together, the food is honestly, incredible. The staff, extremely friendly, polite and courteous. You have to give this place a try, it was go far beyond exceeding your expectations.
