Armeen's Cake & Bake Shop

To be clear, I haven't actually been to Armeen's myself. My son very thoughtfully bought me 6 items, 2 each of 3 yummy items that he thought I would particularly like, for my birthday. The chocolate eclair was very good as was the lemon custard tart - sorry if I don't call the items by their proper names -but the pistachio cream cake took cake to a whole new level for me! It is heavenly/decadent/beyond delicious! I had never had a pistachio cake or dessert of any kind so was skeptical at first, but it was love at first bite! The cake is so incredibly moist and flavorful and the creamy icing/filling is amazing! This cake is a must try for everyone!! I definitely want cake from here again - haha! I live in London so may have to get my son to make a stop at Armeen's on his way to visit more often! MMMMMMMMM!!!!!

Your employees should not take phone calls when they lack customer service and knowledge. Train your staff correctly.

Do not let Spenta answer the phone if she isn’t trained right. Don’t let people deal with customers when they lack customer service themselves. If your employee makes a mistake you own up to it and make it right rather than defending and making a fool out of yourself and the company.

This is the third time we’ve gotten a custom cake from Armeens and I literally cannot rave enough about them!!! They are so kind, patient and honestly talented. I gave them a dream cake and they went above and beyond to make it come true. The ferrero rocher and strawberry buttercream are our absolute favorites!! Thank you so so much ♥️

Armeen’s bakery has the freshest most delicious items! I got these cakes made and they were AMAZING! Their lemon tarts and chicken patties are delicious as well as cookies. Highly recommend this bakery❤️

I have come to Armeen’s many times to make my daughters cakes and though I never complained to the store many times decor was falling off the cakes or the cakes were rock hard. I did tell them politely today that last few cakes were hard. Additionally, today I was more taken aback as one of the lady’s in the back which I believe is the genetlemans wife was super rude and aggressive in her tone.She is the one who I usually talk to but today she was filled with attitude. I find most of the females who work there have a very toxic personality. Today they were quoting me $255 for a simple round cake with a hello kitty design for 60 ppl the customers in there also told me outside that was super overpriced and they just purchased a round cake from them for $75. They said they heard our conversation inside and was talking among themselves how they over charged me. Also previously I have purchased cakes from them such as last year that was two tiered and more design fed more people and what actually cheaper then what they were offering me now. I honestly also think the lady who talked to me today needs an attitude check as she just lost a long time customer. She seriously annoyed me today. She is super rude and aggressive!

We ordered a strawberry Gateaeu Cake for a birthday, and It was so delicious. The cake was indeed very soft and the strawberries inside and decorating the cake were so fresh..the Icing was a delicious cream..not too sweet..just perfect. The prices are very competitive, I would say, especially considering this is good quality cake.

Ordered their Mango Cream Cake for a birthday, and it turned out to be the best cream cake I've had in Canada. Since I’m not a fan of buttercream frosting, I discovered them as they use fresh cream for their cakes. They also accommodated my request to make it eggless. The cake was incredibly moist,delicious and everyone loved it. Definitely ordering more cakes from them in the future.
