Food i bought it's waste of money i got sick my i bought Arz Dubai Strawberry Chocolate Pistachio Cup my daughter threw up got sick not only that my brother bought cake he went back with cake to prove them its chocolate cake is expire there mangers behavior was rude I never seen like that he gave them cake 🎂 because it wasn't good to eat I thought its not only happened to me and my daughter its there food I hope Food inspection should done that store randomly because there food are not standard food

We picked up an order for a group of 80 people from the Arz Mississauga store. The food was excellent, the amount was very generous. The mini Beef & Chicken Shawarma & Falafel sandwiches were easy to eat. The dips & charcuterie trays, the vegetable & fruit platters were top quality. Thank you Chef Baizar & Manager Eli. Great job!
I bought this box of mankousha two days ago and I opened it at home, it was full of mold, this is very bad instead to throw it in the garbage they sale it on the discount ………

Great quality food. It’s like a real market overseas. The vegetables and fruits are pristine size and freshness. No brown. Then the pitas and other stuff. If it was closer I’d go everyday

I was a regular customer at ARZ Fine Food but no more , after reading other reviews about their cakes, I’m not surprised to see many people have had the same experience. On September 6, 2025, I purchased a cake in the evening for my 9 year old son’s birthday. Unfortunately, no one could eat it after the first bite it tasted spoiled. Imagine the disappointment on a child’s birthday.
I returned the cake to the store and waited about 15 minutes before the manager came out. I told him clearly, “I don’t want anything from you. I just want you to eat this cake in front of me and tell me if it’s really okay, because it’s clearly expired.” Instead of trying it himself, he asked one of his employees to taste it, who barely took a small bite and said it was fine. The manager, who claimed his name was Mike (though I doubt that’s true), was extremely rude. His exact words were: “Take your cake, it’s yours. There’s nothing wrong with it. If you don’t want it, throw it in the bin.” When I pointed out that they were the ones who sold me an expired cake, he grabbed it and threw it in the garbage right in front of me, inside the store. This is not only unprofessional but unacceptable. They ruin a birthday, but they also showed zero respect or responsibility. Please be careful buying cakes or dairy products from here it’s not worth risking your health or your money.
