Auntie Anne's Pretzels

Went to Auntie Anne’s today for a little pretzel fix and was so excited because it’s been a while only to find that the $13 cup of
Mini dogs that I ordered was stuffed to deceive people in thinking that your getting your moneys worth . These deceptive practices are unacceptable and crazy & you won’t have to worry about me ever spending money here ever again.

Went today around 8pm. They were not busy but some how managed to BURN both my jalapeño pretzels. I didn’t even notice until I got home and opened them to eat them.

The staff, 2 girls, just don't know how to make pretzels. Last visit was a lot better. There was a guy who did a great job.

The staff put a sign of “ back in 10 mins” and came back after 45 mins.. then said it will take 8 mins to make pretzel dogs and gave order in 25 mins…
Terrible service… extremely rude guy.. zero customer service.. instead of apologizing for the wait he said if u want raw food i can give it to you right now.

Worst place ever.Take way too much time and the guy shows way too much attitude.We were the second person to order and still didn’t give us our food after 20 minutes of serving everybody else.

Ro and his wife are just super amazing and provide that same amazing service to all its customers.
Been frequenting here for the last 5 years and these two go above and beyond for my family and I.

Was lucky enough to stop by Auntie Anne's on my road trip.

I could spend time raving about the food (and it was delicious, I highly recommend it!)
But usually what makes or breaks a place for me is the service, and I want to shout out this one guy (think he was german?). I couldn't have asked for a more entertaining, fun person to take care of my order.
He took such good care of us, always quick with a joke, while handling our orders with the utmost care and efficiency.
He's a gem, and pretty much guarantees Auntie Anne will be our go-to stop in Mississauga as long as he's there.

They have have server who told me he was greek has amazing customer service wish I could talk to his manager he deserves a raise for nice caring he was with my son could barley get him to leave cause they were talking about
