Just had food from their stall at CNE. Chole bhature were really bad. The bhature were refried and had a bad taste to it. Really disappointed with chole too as they tasted very bad too. Does not justify charging close to $17 for such a bad food.

Food is superb. Freshly made all food, humble staff and quick service. Heaven for vegetarian food lovers. Lots of great options in menu.

The service was good and the food was enjoyable. The prices are high for the quantity of food that is served. We were very disappointed to learn that the owner does not allow the servers to keep their tips. This is a DESPICABLE practice.

Worst restaurant and food I ever had in Canada. Staff were too rude and service was also not good.
I believe they should undergo food safety test again as my husband was feeling sick after having their Gulab Jamun.
Please don’t waste your money and compromise your health by eating this quality food.

Worst food ever , never visit again .Thali was overpriced, dhokla was sour and super dry , cabbage had more salt and less cabbage (with no other options), cold /Luke warm food , daal was more of water and less of daal or pulses ..
So all in all nope .don't do it .
And yaad a dirty washroom .

I was looking forward to introducing my friends to this restaurant. Unfortunately the first thing that became evident was service was lacking - one 1 server for the entire place! Although, he tried to please everyone, he failed and forgot alot of our requests.
The food was small in quantity for everyone in the group and wasnt very tasty. We had to return the chasse as it was not cold enough and lacking jeera, the prime ingredient! The thali was ok but it was cold and so were the puris (which I was looking forward to) and I just found it over priced for what we received.
I dont think I will be going there again...there are better options elsewhere.

I visited avsar just recently on Friday night and it was quite empty considering a weekend evening. We tried their paneer makhani pizza and veg Frankie, but for some reason, the Frankie didn’t have veg patty in it, it was just cucumber, bell pepper, onion and tomato chopped and wrapped in a wrap.Next day, my husband and I had stomach aches because of the food we ate here, the taste kind of felt like it was not fresh.I wouldn’t suggest going here, there’s plenty places in GTA with fresh food.Lastly the service was good as well as the atmosphere except for food.
