It used to be absolutely great, went here all the time. Unfortunately the last times ive been the food portions dropped like crazy, and the prices went way up and food quality way way down. I can taste the difference for sure.
Service is fine but when I was looking for my earbuds on my table after forgetting them, ringing them and buzzing them, the guy put the ringing loudly buzzing earbuds into the soup infront of face and ignored me when I asked him to hand it to me which was before he put it in and now they are broken. 200+ dollar earbuds ruined for no reason.
Then I got the blame because i apparently checked the table before which i didn’t which is crazy because i asked them for it, clearly ringing infront of him and he dropped them in and ignored me. Used to be good which explains the reviews but pretty bad now.

decent food, ambience but terrible service. This restaurant is the OPPOSITE of what good hospitality should represent. Our server forgot to punch in our order and we didn’t get 2 of our items till we were FULL from eating. The worst part is we were treated like garbage! We had to get up and get our own plates and napkins. If you don’t care about how you are served then come enjoy the terrible service. they offered us a free desert on the house so that’s something but doesn’t take away from how we were served. I reccomend take out though.

Not the same place it was before Covid, everything’s gone downhill. The sushi is terrible, the Chinese food is terrible, and it’s unclear whether they’re trying to be Thai, Japanese, or Chinese. 😭 I came here hoping for a nice meal before leaving for uni, but the food is somehow worse than Shanghai 360, and the sushi is even worse than mall sushi. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous. Honestly, this place feels like it’s waiting to shut down.

I’ve been to Axia a few times before, but this visit was extremely disappointing. I have allergies to egg and fish, and there was no allergen menu available. When I asked about safe options, the server told me “should be fine” instead of checking with the chef. Later I learned that all the meats are marinated in egg, and it was clear no one was knowledgeable about allergens. Even the Thai Red Curry, which is listed as vegetarian, contains shrimp — which is misleading and unsafe for people with allergies or dietary restrictions.
The manager eventually came to suggest what I could order, but the dish they recommended was bland, oily, not spicy, and even had undercooked carrots. It upset my stomach and made me feel sick when I got home. On top of that, we had to ask multiple times for basic things like water, straws, and cutlery. While the manager did remove an item from the bill, the overall food quality, lack of allergen awareness, and poor service made this a very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

I’ve been to Axia a few times before and never had this bad of an experience. When we arrived, it took 10–15 minutes for a server to come by, and we weren’t even offered water. We had to ask twice just to get basic things like straws, cutlery, and water. There was no allergen menu available, and the server had little knowledge about the ingredients in the dishes.
When the food (sweet potato rolls) arrived, it was stale. The manager came by and offered to let me order something else, so I tried the Axia Special. Unfortunately, it was not fresh and made me feel nauseous. When I got home, I ended up vomiting. The manager did remove the item from the bill, which I appreciated, but overall the food was not good, fresh, or flavorful. The entire experience was very disappointing, and I don’t think I would come back here again.

came here alone for lunch and ordered the chicken katsu bento. for $21 it’s definitely not a cheap bento but it is definitely a lot of food. however, i was unable to finish the chicken mainly because it was drowning in the katsu sauce, the breading becoming soggy and the whole dish extremely salty. this would have been a much nicer meal if there wasn’t so much of the sauce, or if it was served on the side.
