Baba's Pizza, Malton (Derry & Airport)

Literally stood there for almost 10 mins, the people in the back were busy so I didn't want to bother them until they noticed me, they didn't even turn my way once. The worker in the cap kept going to the back and coming back to where he is in the photo and didn't look my way once. I said "excuse me" 3 times and not ONCE did they turn my way. I never leave bad reviews cause I'm always against talking bad about a store or company but damn, if you don't want customers coming in and don't want to give them the time of day, close early and don't waste the time and the drive.

Ok I will start by complaint about the person who cooked the pizza took like 58 minutes and spotted two small chicken feather s in the pizza when we ate and I got stomach ache after eating literally. The service was bad it literally took 58 minutes though they told me it'll only take 22 mins .

This location has been inconsistent. While the Torbram spot usually delivers excellent service, this particular one seems to be slower and lacks in quality and service. I still rate the food 5 stars, but the service here deserves less than 4. I hope the management resolves these issues. Upon entering and seeing emptiness and a young worker on their phone in the back, it gives off a negative impression. If we weren’t familiar with the owner and the Torbram location, we might have skipped our pizzas. Supporting local businesses is important, but improvements are necessary, especially for prepared food items.

Health violation alert, my review was deleted…Omg I am horrified when I walked in and saw this place infested with ROACHES. Employees were killing them on the wall, and using spray bottles. Get this under control. Walked right out once I saw a roach run across the pizza on display…

Ali the Owner doesn't care about customer and call cops when you ask them you deliver pizza cuz it's wrong
