1. Noise level was low because the dining hall was almost empty. 2. Food quality was not up to Palestinian standards. Cauliflower was burnt. 3. Platters were over-filled, so food spilled on the table. 4. Serving spoons were missing. We asked for it. 5. Quarter plates were provided instead of dinner plates. 6. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Good people. 7. Building is very nice and assures of a good experience. 8. No of us will visit this restaurant again

First time eating here. Experience was okay, but I wouldn't choose to come back. Made a reservation for the main dining room and they sat us in the hookah lounge. They also apparently don't serve tap water - the only water available is for purchase at $3/bottle. The food was good, but nothing to rave about. We were also never actually brought a bill - just charged an amount after we asked if the bill could be split 3 ways.

Enjoyed the food and their large portions. The dips were ok, I didn’t enjoy the smoky flavour apart from the hummus. We are not familiar with this cuisine so it was nice to try! There aren’t many vegetarian options, I tried the Mjadara and it was tasty but I wasn’t able to finish it. Their pita was nice and hot, perfect for dipping. They don’t serve water so bring a water bottle or it’s $3 for bottled water.

Recently had a birthday reservation for my friend, and the team provided with great service thoroughly from the reservation spot till our dinner, great communication by Ahmed the manager, and also shoutout to Hasan who was our server and to the rest of the team that took care of us
Went for brunch/early lunch on a weekend. There was ample seating and the staff was really helpful and polite. Dana was gracious enough to walk us through the menu, recommend dishes and was very attentive to our order. The food was amazing. We loved the chicken livers and the grilled chicken! Serving size was generous and would definitely recommend this place !

Not sure what the raving reviews are because I didn’t enjoy it. I got a simple hummus and a side of falafel and I’ve definitely had much better. Not sure if it’s because I did takeout but it did not taste fresh.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After being seated inside, a man came over and told us that the indoor area was “closed” and that we had to sit outside instead. The problem is that the outdoor area was filled with heavy shisha smoke, which made it extremely unpleasant and unhealthy. It felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional to be asked to leave our seats inside. If the indoor section is not available, customers should be told upfront before seating. Definitely not the kind of hospitality or environment I would expect from a proper restaurant.

Ssssoo happy I found this place. Great vibes (there are 2 sections to the restaurant, we liked the back section more), amazing service by Hasan and then top quality Palestinian food. Their beef ayares and beef hummus were A+ starters, then their mixed grill (suitable for 4 ppl) was a great pick, thoroughly enjoyed it and finally their drinks were above par too (lemon mint was our fav). They offer sheesha/hookah as well. We cannot wait to visit again.
