This is hands down the best baklawa I’ve ever had! Perfectly crisp layers, rich with nuts, and just the right amount of sweetness without being heavy. Every bite tastes fresh and authentic—absolutely delicious and addictive. Highly recommend!
Amazing taste
VERY HONEST EMPLOYEES
Amazing Baklava! They have a nice variety to choose from. Tasty. Usually good service too. Definitley worth coming here.
thank you for your kindness🥹
Great fresh Baklawa!
The Baklawa King was a really good experience overall. The baklawa and other sweets were fresh, flavorful, and made with great quality—you can really taste the difference. The store has a welcoming atmosphere, and the team was very helpful and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed.
It’s definitely a place worth visiting if you enjoy authentic desserts, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for delicious treats and excellent service. 🌟
Nice sweets feel like eating a few pounds, hahaha.
I have always given only positive reviews but my experience at Baklava king Eglinton branch pushed me to write a negative review. I was cheated with a green cup filled with cream and strawberry jam for Dubai chocolate parfait. There was absolutely no chocolate and the green paste was lightly applied on the cup just to trick the customers. It's totally not worth the prize.
I was in this morning about 11:00.
The girl who served me was unbelievably rude for no obvious reason!
Huge Disappointment – Inedible Kunafa
We placed a large order of 5 kg of kunafa from Baklawa King for a special event, expecting high quality from a place with such a name. Unfortunately, what we received was a complete disaster. The cheese was sour, crumbly, and tasted spoiled, not at all the gooey, stretchy texture you expect from proper kunafa. It was entirely inedible, and we were forced to return the entire order.
To their credit, Mr. Shadi—the owner—was initially accommodating when I raised the issue. He offered a store credit instead of a refund, which I reluctantly accepted. However, when we later returned to select replacement sweets (valued at around $10–15 less than the original purchase), Mr. Shadi suddenly claimed we had returned only 4 kg of the kunafa, implying we had consumed the rest and reducing our credit accordingly.
Let me be clear: we served just a couple of plates, and after only a bite or two, our guests pushed their portions aside, it was that bad. Naturally, we didn’t attempt to return those portions that had been served; they went straight into the trash. The rest of the order was returned untouched. This was never about the money, it’s about the principle. Mr. Shadi was fully aware the product was subpar, yet instead of taking accountability, he chose to argue over a single kilo of what was, frankly, an inedible product.
Unacceptable quality. Unprofessional handling. We will not be returning.

The best one is kunafa.
Taste good.
The atmosphere was good.
The service was good too.
Keep up the good work.
I was reading the reviews, and I just want to say that some people are not objective when writing a review. Friends, if you were not smart enough to review the price of your order before paying, this is your problem, not the store problem.
WHT to give a store one star because you weren't smart enough. Don't feel shy to say no if the price is high. Don't feel embarrassed to say no, I will not take it because it is too expensive.
Thank you
They make the best halawat aljibn.
Of course all the other sweets are great as well!

This place offers a great variety of baklava and cakes, all of which are fresh and delicious. However, I tried their latte and wouldn’t recommend it. There is a large seating area available.
