Very disappointed with the service yesterday. I placed a pickup order over the phone 45 minutes in advance. Everything was confirmed, and the staff clearly told me it would be ready when I arrived. Because it’s Ramadan and people are fasting, timing is extremely important. I was on a schedule to ensure the food was ready for breaking the fast. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that my order had not been prepared at all. Instead, they asked me to place the order again on the spot. From the conversation between the employees, it seemed like my order had been given to someone else. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability and the attitude shown instead of offering a sincere apology. This level of service is unacceptable, especially during a busy and important time like Ramadan. If you are unable to fulfill an order, please do not take it in the first place. Very poor service. Highly disappointed!

Usually, Bamiyan Kabob offers a consistently good experience, especially with their excellent variety of grills. The quality of food generally justifies the slightly higher prices.
However, during our first visit to this branch, we tried the Chicken Qorma for the first time at Bamiyan Kabob, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good choice. We raised our concern with the staff, but it wasn’t properly addressed.
That experience is the only reason for the 3-star rating. Recommendations: anything but not chicken qorma

Bamiyan Kabob is an absolute gem. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. The kabobs are juicy and well-seasoned, the rice is fluffy and aromatic, and the portions are generous for the price. The naan is warm and soft, and the sauces really bring everything together. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and made with care. On top of that, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, whether you’re dining in or taking out.
