This location went downhill.. ordered a large crunchy chicken brurrito and I barely got any chicken.. it was 90% veggies and rice and 10% chicken. Also asked for extra salsa and they told me I have to pay extra.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to BarBurrito as there are so many great Mexican restaurants around Mississauga. Was going to Fit4Less and it was on the way so my friend and I decided to grab a bite. Used to come here every day in highschool several years ago with friends and the owner was super friendly and used to give us a free can of soda with purchase of a burrito.My friend and I got a Large crunchy chicken burrito and a Large Barbacoa burrito, we asked to split it in half so we can try both. And man I’m actually disappointed with how far Bar has fallen since my highschool days. Most of the burrito was veggie/rice with barely any meat. (You can actually see in the photo the veggie meat ratio which is like 90% filling and 10% protein) Flavour was bland from what I used to remember. Just a lot of bread and veggies. Furthermore, when asking for salsa on the side, it cost extra when back in the day you could scoop it yourself for free. Seems like they are skimping a lot to cut cost but at the expense of the customer experience.Had great memories here during highschool and I will keep it that way. Won’t be back again as there are so many other great options for Burritos in Mississauga with fair protein portion sizes and gives you side sauces at no additional costs. Out of respect for how nice the owner was when I was there in highschool I will keep this at a 3* rating, though it really deserves a 1*/2* at best.

I went to high school from 06-10 and this was the BEST burrito place.Sadly, it has gone sharply down hill over the last decade. It must be under new ownership because the flavors and portions are literally NOT the same.Jan 27, 2024 I had the ***WORST*** burrito of my life at this location and it is not an exaggeration. I cannot believe this is still in business. I can make better burritos at home using Old El Paso kits lol. stars- Too much rice and it’s EXTREMELY salty- little to no lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream and burrito sauce. Very minimal traces found at the BOTTOM.this is not how you make a burrito and if this is how you train your staff to make it, do some training yourself and make it better.I asked for ground beef with no beans. I got ground beef WITH beans AND chicken?? And a sprinkle of only SOME of the toppings I asked for: I got no shredded cheese, literally 3 pieces of shredded lettuce and like 4 diced tomatoes, no salsa or sour cream in sight, and maybe a drop of burrito sauce. Got red onions instead of pickled onions.I could not finish the burrito. It also gave me an upset stomach. I am beyond disappointed and will never go back to a barBurrito location. They are not what they used to be. If you like their fries, you can get more bang for your buck if you get them at Costco lol it’s the same fries. Save yourself the money and trip and do not come here. There’s clearly a number of fake 5 star reviews, do not be fooled.Note to whoever replies to these: you’ve been saying you’re striving to improve under low rated reviews but y’all keep getting worse. Save your cookie cutter response and don’t respond to this, just do better.

The guy working missed 6+ toppings on my wife’s burrito, also had random chicken in there when she got ground beef. Sauce ratios are whack. The burritos were so salty we could barely eat them. Sent to me the bathroom. Used to be good, this location is bunk now.

Great place to come for lunch. I have been coming here every week; sometimes twice a week.Around lunch, it gets busy due to the school nearby, but if you come in after or before, it is quieter.I would recommend the Jerk Chicken burrito; spicy without being too overpowering, unless you add the hot sauce.
Had a very bad experience, unfortunately went at this locafion first and last time. First staff asked me to pay for the order , i paid it . I ordered Spicy chicken burrito , i asked for everything . They are very stingy with all topings , i asked for sauce , salt and pepr , did not offer. I asked for refund or other food , becoz if u dont get your choice of topping u cant eat it .Staff was uncoperative and uneducated and laughing at me .Owner should change these kind of ridiculous policy .This place should be for good quality food with excellent customer service. Should not only for grabbing the customer money.I usualy go to bar burrito twice a week at different locations , had never get this kind of worst experience.Please check reviews before coming in.

10/10 DO NOT recommend.Store is filthy, staff are extremely rude and ignorant, as well as the portions are half of what you would get at another Bar Burrito location. I have ordered here a few times (giving them the benefit of doubt) but each time has not improved. My latest order (today) was a burrito. It’s flat as a pancake, barely any toppings inside. When I asked to have it remade, I was told that’s the size of them now….

Not a great experience at this location. Ordered crunchy chicken tossed in bang bang sauce - it has no bang bang sauce, I paid for extra chicken and there was about 4 pieces in my bowl and asked for pickled onion and got red onion. Definitely not worth the $20.

The bowls I ordered were good, but people that are working there need learn how to read orders. I ordered 5 bowls each with the side of fries and they only added 1 side of fries instead of 5. I tried calling them several times but nobody answered So make sure your order is complete before you leave there store.

Today I came to bar burrito and wasted $45.25 let’s just say $50.00 on All the food . First I would like to say the staff today was UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT TRAINED when it comes to customer service . When I received the chicken bowel I noticed they had lettuce all over the top so I took my fork and moved some to notice that there was no chicken when I asked for a chicken bowel the pieces of the chicken was literally shredded in pieces not even a full size chicken breast in my bowl . My friend asked on why the fires were even smaller than usually since she has been coming there more than 10 years and his reply was “ I know many things have got smaller “ . I came to cash to show them that there was no chicken in the bowel they completely denied even when I showed them the bowel with shredded chicken they kept denying me for a refund . I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend that you don’t WASTE your money here you can go somewhere else and spend less than this and get more than you ask for . You can literally add a extra 50$ and go to a buffet for the price I paid here , it’s about your customers and if I am not satisfied with the food I should be getting my refund . I am attaching photos that you guys can take a look on how the low quality of food they have provided . People work hard to pay for thing’s especially in these times and this is how you guys handle people’s food . It tastes so disgusting the burrito even was all beans not even steak . My advice to people coming here is to stay away as far away if you want jail food with just beans in it and shredded chicken . Disappointed and disgusted.
