service was terrible first rude and did not listen to what.i ordered for.my kids food was stale and unsanitary unsanitary thanks to you both if my kids were diagnosed at the er with food poisoning I will be contacting the minsyry of health and depending how Nad seeking legal action if last more then tonight hopefully they will be ok so I can forget it and never go to a bar burrito again amd make sure I tell every one my experience p

WORST Barburrito Location Ever. - First off, Staff was really inattentive and rude. - Food was absolutely stale and cheap. To the point, it was inedible. - When I complained about it to staff, they seemed indifferent and didn’t care at all. - I asked for Manager, they said they dont know who the manager is. At this point I was disgusted with overall experience. - Barburrito must close close this location asap of they don’t want anymore damage to their brand. -Also, there was nobody at counter for most part, food was left unattended. Even after complaint, those those girls were just hiding intentionally in the back room. Check attached photo, it was like that all the time. No server at counter. Such a pathetic and worst experience from Food, staff and behavior. HORRIBLE. Avoid them

Went to this location at 5:15pm on a Sunday was was told they could not provide a burrito as their grilles were cleaned for the day. The store was open until 6:00pm on top of that we weren’t able to order anything except grilled chicken or beef. Horrible service , I watched as customer after customer was turned away as they were advised that they could order a burrito. I will never visit this location again.

service was mediocre, I paid for a chicken quesadilla that was 13 dollars and the cheese wasn’t fully melted and the chicken tasted funny. for 13 dollars it wasn’t worth it i’ve had it before at other locations and it came out great this one at the dixie location was a letdown.

Refused to put rice in my 4 year olds tacos as its "not on the menu." We have been to 4 bar burrito locations, this is the first time we've been refused.If it's worth losing a customer spending more than $50 at your location over a few cents of rice for a child, so be it.

I recently visited Bar Burrito around 8:30 PM, looking forward to enjoying one of their signature wraps. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an unexpected service limitation.Upon arrival, I was informed that wraps were not being served as it was past 8:30 PM, even though the restaurant's closing time is listed as 9 PM. This policy was not only surprising but also inconvenient, as wraps are a major draw for the establishment.While I understand the need for pre-closing preparations, the refusal to serve a main menu item a full 30 minutes before closing felt unreasonable and unaccommodating. This policy seems to prioritize operational convenience over customer service, a disappointing approach for any food service establishment.In conclusion, while I have had positive experiences at Bar Burrito in the past at other location, this visit was a letdown at dixie. I hope the management reconsiders their service policies to better accommodate customers, especially during the listed operating hours.
