I don't if it's because of low staff or something else. But you always have to wait forever. I have been here multiple times giving them benefit of dobt but almost every time I am disappointed. Needs to train their employees better. Because if this doesn't improve this is my last time.

The food is great, but the location suffers from poor management. Long wait times are common, as there's often only one overwhelmed employee handling both online orders and in-person customers. Portion sizes have noticeably decreased over the past year, and there’s now a limit on sauce which feels unnecessarily restrictive. Used to be my favourite spot, but not anymore.

jusy got scammed by the new girl :(
I come here once or twice a month because I love their burrito bowls. I always get an all veggie bowl with no meat, sauces or beans because I’m a picky eater and I’ve never usually had a problem before because they usually accommodate for my order by either putting in as much as they can or giving me a discount but today when I went in to get my order the new girl was putting the smallest scoops into my bowl. she only gave me two literal tea spoon scoops of rice when I like to get four large scoops. I asked her for more rice and said that she can’t do it which confused me because the bowl was literally not even half way full. she then went and added one final small scoops anyways and then proceeded to charge me $13 for a half full burrito bowl of just rice and veggies with no beans and I don’t like to argue with people so I just paid and left.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location :(

Asked for a kids size taco and they said it was only for kids. How do they know if it’s not for a child at home? Where does it say that the child needs to be present? And why can’t someone simply order (as in give them business) a kids size for themselves? Disappointing.

i tried ordering on their website twice only to call and figure out that it was broken, so i asked if i could place my order over the phone and the lady on the other line said they don’t take orders over the phone. we were just coming back from a baseball game and were really hungry so we wanted to just pick up the food and not order in the restaurant. we decided to order from a different restaurant.
Slow service, falafel's tasted like they were fried in old oil. Last time I was there it was 33c, guess the a/c was broken and maybe the refrigeration had issues cuz the veggies weren't looking so good and I was on the toilet after that burrito. Only reason to come here is for the extreme fries

Sukh was so nice and made me feel so welcome! She was working alone and did a great job making our orders. Everything was great but the store was SO hot. Seriously idk how anyone can work in this environment. It was hard to eat here cuz it was so hot man. Do better barburrito and fix your air conditioning. No one should have to eat/work in these conditions.
