Simran helped us out with our order today. She was an absolute sweetheart to help us out throughout our big order. Most definitely the cleanest and most organized branch of bar buritto. I’m making this my regular branch. And I hope Simran is given recognition for her hard work!

I love barBURRITO, I really do, however, this location is awful. There are so many better locations, like South Common, and other cities like Oakville.
The issue with this location is likely the staff or just poor management. Specifically, the wait times are always insane because only one person is working, something is always wrong (e.g., their checkout wasn't working yesterday), the staff usually get something wrong (e.g., not only did I order a large and receive a regular, but the burrito I had wasn't properly wrapped and had fallen apart before I opened it), they are incredibly cheap with portions (e.g., the quesadilla my mother ordered had 1 little scoop of chicken, and then they said extra chicken was $3...since my burrito was fallen apart, I gave her chicken from there because her quesadila was literally 50% cheese), etc.
For anyone reading this who has never been to a barBURRITO and wants to try it, please do not go to this location - it will ruin your opinion of the brand.

Walked in at 12:05PM on October 6th, 2025 for some lunch. No employee was visible, I waited 5 minutes, no employee was seen still, I peeked in the kitchen, still couldn’t see anybody, I think I heard a faint voice, sounded like someone distant on the phone. I waited another 5 minutes, no employee came to the front, I left. Never have I experienced such poor service especially considering it was lunch time and the door makes an audible noise to indicate customers are present when it’s opened. I won’t be wasting my time here again.
