I visited this store today and had crispy chicken bowl and the girl who served was very sweet. i asked her name(Sukhveer) and found that she is Indian with good serving gestures. Honestly, the food was fresh and this store wins me as a regular customer. well thank you for this satisfactory customer service.

This one star is just for the owners/ management. The store was soo busy with uber orders coming in and there was just one employee working like seriously.
Girl you were amazing doing your best to handle everything. You should have atleast 2 employees. Poor management

The place is really good and server named sukhbir has a good experience in costumer service and her customer service handling experience is excellent she is dealing rude customer in decent way. Her work is great she is very professional and she a great control over food portions and me and wife enjoy the meal really recommend the place has good vibe. Thank sukhbir❣️

I went there at 4 Nov around 10.50pm. The girl working there was extremely rude. When I paid for food she didn’t even asked me if want food for here or to go and started packing food in bag. When I told her I want it for here she started making excuses that she wants to clean dine in. I asked her when you are going to close so she said at 12. So one hour was still left. I told her I can’t go home I am going for work so she told me in return I also want to go home. How pathetic. If you want to go home then goooo what are you doing here. Or you want your customers to eat on street. Please check on your workers what are they doing. I also worked in restaurant for 3 years it is not expected. On top of that upon entering to the restaurant she had weird face as she didn’t want customers to come. So may be she wants money by just being free. No hate but that experience was so bad I will never come here again.

The customer service was terrible — the employee helping me seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had little to no training in basic customer service. The steak was microwaved in a plastic container, which was unappetizing and concerning. I also asked for cheese and sour cream on the side(instead of on the bowl), and the employee acted visibly annoyed by the request. Overall, it felt like they just didn’t care about the food or the customers. Definitely won’t be coming back.

There were also 3 meatheads that didn't know what the wanted, and kept changing things around while ordering.

I’ve been coming to this Bar Burrito for a long time and I always leave with a great customer service experience and the food is always 10/10. I’m also gluten free so they go above and beyond to make sure my order is prepped with care. Burritos are very filling and the quesadillas are actually tooo good!! Also staff is lovely, super sweet and kind, really shows you the type of people who are operating the space. 🙏🏽☺️

Great Service at BarBurrito!
I had a great experience at BarBurrito recently. The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the excellent service from Janvi. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was just right. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and great attitude — Janvi definitely made the visit better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
