I wonder how come the owner is not responding on here to his customer's concerns. Every business owner would reply and fix the concerns of his or her customers. It is unprofessional and taking the guilt by not replying. If you are the owner or the manager reading this, do us a favor and reply. It would look good on you and your business 🤜🤛

Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was shockingly bad. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor just by acknowledging I was there. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and zero effort to assist or resolve anything. It’s honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I left frustrated and disappointed. Save yourself the trouble — there are plenty of other places that actually value their customers.

Very Disappointed — Poor Customer Service

I drove 45 minutes to visit Azizi Bakery and arrived 15 minutes before their posted closing time, only to have the door shut in my face. Despite the website clearly stating the closing time, I was told they don’t let customers in 30 minutes prior — which makes no sense and is not mentioned anywhere online.

To make matters worse, the staff (a group of teenagers) were extremely rude and dismissive. No explanation, no courtesy — just a clear message that we weren’t welcome.

If you’re going to have different policies than what’s posted online, at least inform your customers properly. Extremely disappointing and not the kind of service you expect from a bakery that people make a special trip to visit. Won’t be coming back.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping with Basir Azizi. The quality of the products exceeded my expectations, and what truly stood out was the incredible customer service. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across a business that’s this committed to excellence and genuine care. I placed an order for my son’s engagement and couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience- I ordered three trays of sweets- and requested to be wrapped. The process was seamless and the sweets were a hit- especially the creamrolls everyone was talking about it. Thank you

On top of serving old, stale items, the staff at Azizi Bakery were incredibly rude. One woman, who said she was pregnant, used that as a reason to speak disrespectfully and avoid helping. I understand personal challenges, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service. Respect and professionalism should always come first.

It would be a kind request to train your staff to have professional and courteous behavior with their customers. I was asking for some cookies at your bakery, but the lady was totally rude and misbehaving.
Just to remind her that there are many bakeries around - the only and most important thing that will keep customers coming back is receiving well-mannered service and behavior

I feel like this Bakery could have so much more potential if they had better customer service. I asked what was their specialties she was very mean and did not ecplain them and she had a mean dace as if she was annoyed. Basir Azizi you food is great but you should learn customer service. Thank you for the walnut treat. Would reccomend on my food channel but they need better customer service

This location sells stale and old baked goods. I bought 2 KG and everything is stale the other location in Scarborough is much better and fresh. I think they send their old product to this store. Inedible, dry, stale. Wasted almost $80 on inedible cookies.

This used to be a fantastic bakery place with terrific people handling customers. Lately it has been a shadow of its past. I went there and asked for a box of assorted cookies, a guy named Akbar came out and told me the wrong price for the boxes and when I questioned him on the price (I have bought mix cookies multiple times before) he started getting irritated and told me he doesn't have time as there is an order for Kabul Farms next door and he didn't want to take my order. I asked him again and after much deliberation he relented. I asked him to gift wrap the box he said he can't as he doesn't have time. After arguing he told me he will charge me extra 5 dollars for it. I asked him why not the 2 dollars for boxes as displayed on the counter, he said that's the price and he doesn't have the option. Later I had to show him where the option for the ribbon amount was on his machine. Poor experience. I also had the white cookies from there and it was just flour and batter with no flavour or taste. This used to be a gem of a place but don't see it these days here.

It is better to for the store to consider customers health and safety
