Basir Azizi Bakery

Alert. Same Bakery as Scarborough location but worse. We have been getting cookies from Basir Azizi for the past 8-9 years and it is has been such a disappointing experience for the past 1 year. I went it yesterday and got a big tray of cookies hoping that it will turn out well this time but to my disappointment the quality of cookies has gone down and so has the shape and so has the taste. They charge an extremely high price as compared to even Italian bakeries who have perfectized their baking but it is such a big disappointment that I had to write this review. I called them today and told them that the cake they gave me appears to be several days old and quality of the cookies have gone bad. I told them that they should take it as a positive feedback and work to make it better but instead of listening to me or being respectful the lady on the phone tells me that they have perfect cookies and nothing is wrong and about the cake she tells me that the cake should be fine and doesnt know what happened? I was like what? I asked her if I would be call to lie to them about a bad product? She tells me well we have no complains. I can 100% say that people who have been cookies from Basir for the past 10 years or so definitely know that it has gone really really bad. Well, I think this is the right time for another cookie market to turn the wheels so that are finally over the Basir Azizi Bakery. Absolutely shameful for hanging up the phone on me whoever you were Madam.

Everytime I go for Cream Rolls the cashier person tells me they don’t have any..

It was around 5pm and they don’t close for another few hours ..

Quality looks like it went down as well because it appears their cream rolls have Vegetable oil in it now but real traditional/authentic Cream rolls (from back home) Does NOT use Seed Oils. I am hoping I am wrong about them “cheaping” out and using seed oils In their products.

The girl working there is extremely rude and doesn’t know what customer service is or just doesn’t care. We literally wanted the cookies that were out on display and she fully told us we couldn’t have it cause she was saving it for a customer? The whole tray really? And you didn’t think to pack it and not have it Birds Eye view of customers when shopping? Not to mention the cookies I did get were all old and stale. The Toronto location always has fresh cookies nothing compared to this location. Will not be returning and will be letting other people know

We bought a few pounds of cream rollFrom Mississuaga location all of them had mold inside. We called them alot but no one answer the phone.So please do not wast your maney and time for this place.

save your time and money…do NOT come here. The employees are very inconsiderate and the food was extremely bland. I would rather eat at home than come here again. Hope the management reads this and fix things up, i was extremely disappointed.
