Don't order it online because they false advertise as sundae when it's just the ice cream you get plus the sauce topping, no nuts no whipped cream no cherry! It's not a sundae clearly

Customer service is really bad and lacking. The girls don’t know how to serve the ice cream and talk to the customer. I just left the place without purchasing. I later read the reviews and trust me whatever is written is 100 % true. I really experienced the same thing. The manager and the owner also don’t care about all the bad reviews. Try different store then.

The ice cream from Baskin Robins never disappoints, but the employees from this exact location are always mean and acting annoyed. Honestly I don’t know why, because at the end of the day they’re just doing their job but still act rude to their customers and provide bad customer service.
Understaffed and bad customer service. The staff didn’t even know who was in order and took whoever was close to her. Some customers had no manner but at least treat all fairly, not just with people who have same background. Speaking up to ask who is next doesn’t hurt anything. So disappointed!
