I happily drive past several other locations just to come to Baskin-Robbins at 377 Burnhamthorpe Rd E., all because of Parneet and Aleah! Their customer service is truly top-tier—friendly, and full of joy. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and positivity that it instantly lifts your mood. They make every visit feel special.
My go-to flavours are Strawberry Cheesecake and Rum & Raisin, and somehow they taste even better when served with such positivity. Thank you both for making this my favourite spot!

Parneet was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient as I took my time choosing a flavour. Baskin-Robbins offers a delightful selection of ice cream flavors, such as mint cookies and cream and mango cotton candy. Their milkshakes are quite good, although they are expensive. With the sizes they offer regular and LRG, unfortunately, they open at 11 am

Love the cake designed and decorated by Harjot! She did such a wonderful job and was able to get the cake ready for me within 8 hrs for my birthday, really thoughtful and highly recommend the store!

We went in to buy a cake at 10pm but they close at 11 , the girl named harjot was working with her airpods on and we asked her to write happy birthday on the cake she refused saying that she can’t do it as they are closing they had an whole hour left to close. Disappointing behaviour

Place was real busy, but the staff was working hard at keeping up. Also was close to closing time, so everyone was sneaking in for that last minute Sunday treat. Ice cream was served properly, tasted great and was the treat we needed!
