There was a very very strong odor coming from the staff member Feni today. I think someone should speak to her about this. I also believe the staff should speak english when customers are there, not yelling in their language across the store.

I happily drive past several other locations just to come to Baskin-Robbins at 377 Burnhamthorpe Rd E., all because of Parneet and Aleah! Their customer service is truly top-tier—friendly, and full of joy. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and positivity that it instantly lifts your mood. They make every visit feel special.
My go-to flavours are Strawberry Cheesecake and Rum & Raisin, and somehow they taste even better when served with such positivity. Thank you both for making this my favourite spot!
