I happily drive past several other locations just to come to Baskin-Robbins at 377 Burnhamthorpe Rd E., all because of Parneet and Aleah! Their customer service is truly top-tier—friendly, and full of joy. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and positivity that it instantly lifts your mood. They make every visit feel special.

I recently visited Baskin-Robbins and had the pleasure of being served by Parneet—and I must say, the experience was exceptional!
Parneet was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient as I took my time choosing a flavour. She offered helpful suggestions and even let me sample a few options, which made the decision so much easier. Her knowledge of the menu and warm, approachable attitude really stood out.
