The staff was really personable and recommended ice cream combinations that tasted amazing. They gave my son a free cup when he was afraid his cone would spill and there was a really good vibe.

BR ice cream is always good, but this place was filthy, with dirty floors and tables, and rubbish everywhere. I witnessed one staff member put a slab of ice cream from a cake into a tub with her bare hands twice, and then she wiped her hands on her pants and served a customer. Her finger prints were visible on these slabs. This branch desperately needs to have its staff retrained.

Ice cream was delicious as usual.
Anshul, the young man who served my family and I, was exceptionally patient, polite, friendly, and helpful. He made our visit a great one.
