Went here to get a $16 tub, for sharing with family at home, of the cup of cocoa flavor, which I usually purchase from the Milton location. It was more white than brown and tasted like plain vanilla ice cream, no marshmallows... Total waste of my money and time to go here. I'll stick to other locations...

You pay for what you got

Ice cream and ice cream cakes are fine, but their price is higher than the Baskin Robbin’s at Glen Erin and Britannia e.g. 12 inch 12-16 serving cakes are 69.99 at this location versus 59.99 at the other location
Very disappointed with the $10 grab

Visited on April 15 around 8:30 PM. I bought 2 tubs of ice cream and simply asked for 3 small cups so my kids could enjoy it in the car. The two ladies behind the counter looked at each other, smiled, and said they could only give me one cup, and that I’d have to pay for the other two. Seriously? We bought two tubs! We’ve done this at other Baskin Robbins branches and never had any issues.
On top of that, the way they exchanged looks while smiling felt unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Poor customer service. Definitely not coming back to this branch.

Popped in today to grab some ice cream as it's a hot day. What an absolute disappointment 😞

I paid $9.59 for 2 scoops in a cup and wondered where is the rest?

For almost 10 dollars I expect two scoops of product. The young lady made ZERO effect to scoop the harder part of the cream choosing to scoop the softer parts (many of the tubs had soft melting tops).

It's rare that I have a complaint this harsh but there wasn't even a try to properly scoop two proper scoops.

I took this as a sign that perhaps I should spend 10 dollars at the grocery store and have leftovers.

Truly disappointing. The price point is absolutely not worth the portion. I think for now this will be my last visit here.

Have been to several BR locations in mississauga. Visted the one at meadowvale town center and their portions are so little compared the rest. A 3 scoop sundae is half of what other locations serve. Would NOT recommend.

This is my first time coming to this location and I’m so disappointed to purchase a “fresh waffle cone” that came out of a box !!!!!!! I’ve been to two locations in Brampton where they’re actively making them fresh ! And they take them from the case where they make them cool off ! Never from a box. This location doesn’t make the waffle cones fresh at all , charging you the same price and you can tell the difference in taste. If your store has cameras your employees had the waffle box clear as day on the back counter visible to customers. I didn’t take a picture for the privacy sake of your staff, I came on July 12th around 7-8pm . I was forced to finish my ice-cream due to the price of almost $10 , can you believe there was glue and paper attached to my cone so I ended up having to throw it away . This review is based off of quality and not the staff , the staff was nice I’m sure they’re being told what to do from the owner/ manager. Stop advertising “fresh waffle cones” if you’re selling nasty pre-made ones from a third party company that leaves glue and paper stuck to the cone.

Outrageously bad value and laughable pricing. $5.49 for one scoop of ice cream and $8.49 for two scoops! I can get a half litre of premium ice cream at an expensive grocery store for $5-$6. It amazes me that this place is still in business. Surely no one is dumb enough to go here and pay these gouging prices? Adding to the experience is that their app doesn’t work at all for pickup orders and shows zero pricing. Avoid.

Had such a great experience at Baskin Robbins thanks to Amanda! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure our order was perfect—even with all our indecisiveness! You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone leaves with a smile (and the perfect scoop!). Great service like this makes all the difference. Thanks, Amanda!

Standard ice cream fare. Never disappoints

The day time employee has ZERO customer service skills and even less class - not to mention the fact she is determined to rip you off on anything you order. Stay away from this location at all costs.

I've been coming to this location for a long time, but today's experience was really disappointing. There were two employees—one who said she had been there for almost a year and another who had only been there for a month.

I ordered a one-scoop cup with an extra brownie and even mentioned that I was fine with paying extra, as I’ve done before. However, the newer employee told me they didn’t have an option for that. So instead, I asked for a one-scoop sundae with an extra brownie. She gave me a kids' scoop, added a brownie, and charged me over $9.50. When I asked why the scoop was so small, she said that for sundaes, they only give a kids' scoop. But a regular one-scoop serving (which is larger than the kids' scoop) costs only $5.49. So I was charged $9.50 for a kids' scoop and a brownie—without whipped cream or a cherry on top.

As I was speaking to the newer employee, the other one, who claimed to have a year of experience, stepped in and insisted that it was their policy. Then she contradicted herself, admitting that they actually do have an option for a one-scoop cup with an extra brownie, which would have only cost me $7.49 + tax.

Despite realizing their mistake, neither of them apologized or made any effort to fix the situation. We’ve been to this location many times and know the portions they usually serve. I know this is just a matter of a few cents , but it’s really about customer service. The new employee struggled with her communication, had to repeat things multiple times. Everyone is working to make a living, and I understand that we all come from different backgrounds and may sometimes struggle with communication. But when you recognize a mistake, the least you can do is acknowledge it or take steps to make it right. That’s what really matters.
