Staff are condescending and rude! Poor customer service - it's too bad because it's close to our home, but we'll go to a different location from now on.

Please ask your staff to wash hands before serving . The girl was cleaning the floor she didn’t wash her hands and didn’t wear gloves ? which was very unhygienic.21 July around 10.10 pm check your cameras

I got the best velvet cheesecake ice cream here yesterday. I was helped by this nice tall man, he was very sweet and had a nice attitude and made picking up ice creams a great experience.

I have been to this location. The service was friendly.
Vanilla frozen yogurt tasted like sweet frozen water at best. Pretty meh.
Their scoop servings are really small.. the servers need to do a better job. Customers are not getting what they're paying for
Some days it is friendly and unfriendly service. They should take it easy on people aka their customers who are spoilt for choices because we want everything that’s on the menu.Samples or questions are about making sure we walked out happy.Overall was ok experience. Just need to be sure you know what you want to order.
I got the best service today from Jacob at this Meadowvale location he was very patient and fast when I came in to do my order and he made sure to check before adding anything to my ice cream also very polite. GREAT JOB Jacob with service like that this will be my new location
