I got the best service today from Jacob at this Meadowvale location he was very patient and fast when I came in to do my order and he made sure to check before adding anything to my ice cream also very polite. GREAT JOB Jacob with service like that this will be my new location

Worst customer service - the store manager Vanshika is a horrible girl, she had AirPod in one ear, not being able to hear the customers properly, upon clarifying she became extremely rude and raising hands on customers while talking. HORRIBLE GIRL she should be fired asap

Horrible customer service. I witnessed an employee ask a couple with a toddler leave the seating area after they purchased their ice cream. It was 8:50pm. Store hours are until 10pm..

I came here Thursday night with my husband to get ice cream and bought a kids size rocky road. After having bought the ice cream I realized the marshmallows in the rocky road were not vegetarian and contained beef which i am not allowed to eat. I asked politely if I can have it replaced since I did not even eat any and the lady serving me told me she was unable to replace it or refund me. She responded with an attitude and very rudely said “Do you expect me to put the ice cream back”. I understand I made a mistake on my end and did not read the ingredients correctly but the customer service I received tonight was disgusting. How much is it going to cost your business to replace a scoop of ice cream and make someone’s night, vs being rude and bitter. Definitely never coming to this location again.
