Weirdly stingy with the napkins. I bought ice cream for 3 kids and they didn't offer any napkins, in fact they keep the dispenser behind the counter And I had to make a special request for them. I know it's a little thing, but that's part of ice cream. If they're going to be this stingy about napkins that cost pennies What else are they cutting corners on? The woman serving us said the owner said they're only allowed to give out one napkin. What the owner needs to learn that customer service goes a long way and I will no longer be making any purchases here.

I come here once a week and get the same thing every time… a vanilla scoop with sprinkles. Except this time my vanilla scoop had mint chocolate chip in it. They made it again but gave me iced ice cream that had more cross contamination, less sprinkles and less ice cream. When I brought it their attention she gaslight me instead of making it again. If I could give 0 stars I would, because I literally watched the girl not use an ice cream scoop, but an ice cream shaver to give me my ice cream. This will be my last time shopping here 🤮.i have photos but it’s not letting me add them, regardless trash service and trash ice cream.

We’ve visited this Baskin-Robbins location several times before, but this last experience was very disappointing. We came with our twins,our son and daughter, and some family members. My 3-year-old daughter accidentally dropped her ice cream cone right after it was handed to her. Even though it was clearly an accident, the staff refused to replace it without charging for another one. Because of that, we decided to only buy two cones for our twins instead of the six cones we had originally planned to get for our whole group (two kids and four adults). We’ve been loyal customers and expected a little more understanding, especially toward a small child. A bit of kindness would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the poor customer service during this visit has made us reconsider returning to this location.

Horrible attitude from staff, no manners or anything, I'm waiting for my milkshake that I ordered and instead of handing it to me, she places it on the other side of the counter 10 ft away from where I am and gives a dirty look.
If you are able, head to the Baskin-Robbins at Applewood Mall, opposite side of the highway from this location at the mall. Customer service is much better there and staff are very well mannered.
