Horrible attitude from staff, no manners or anything, I'm waiting for my milkshake that I ordered and instead of handing it to me, she places it on the other side of the counter 10 ft away from where I am and gives a dirty look.
If you are able, head to the Baskin-Robbins at Applewood Mall, opposite side of the highway from this location at the mall. Customer service is much better there and staff are very well mannered.

Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service at this Baskin-Robbins is the worst I’ve ever seen. The staff had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They actually got angry at us for no reason at all, like we were bothering them just by being there. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in an ice cream shop. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Baskin-Robbins last Friday! The staff was super friendly, and the variety of ice cream flavors was impressive. There were so many good flavours it was hard to decide. I narrowed it down between the dairy free Oreo and the strawberry tres leches. One of the employees was kind enough to give me samples to try. I ended up getting both because they were absolutely delicious!! The store was also very clean, and the service was quick. I definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth with some high-quality, tasty ice cream. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Customer service zero me and my other just left this location with my daugther the staff present was just rude. We placed an order and when paying she didn’t accept cash because she didn’t have change and when asked if we don’t have card what happens she said she would take the ice cream back…. The mall doesn’t close until 9 it’s 6:30 why don’t you have change and if you don’t have change have a sign up that your only taking card.
