Ordered a large drink today when I received it it wasn’t filled like it usually is mind you I get baskin robins cappuccino at least 4 times a week so I know what the drink is supposed to look like. When I told the lady she said it’s supposed to be like that and they don’t fill it up and refused to do anything about it she was extremely rude and I’m very disappointed.
Excellent and friendly service. I go there every year because she always makes me a heart shaped cake, which some locations won't do! My daughters are always happy with the designs. I will continue going to this location because of the great customer service.
