NOT A FAMILY-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. My husband recently wrote a review explaining how the owner was loudly swearing at us in the store — loud enough for our children to hear. At no point were we questioning the balance on our card; we were simply surprised by the amount remaining. Unfortunately, the owner repeatedly assumed we were challenging him and became agitated very quickly. His retelling of the situation is inaccurate, which is clear from the end of his response.
The numerous reviews reflecting this owner’s behavior speak for themselves. Our family will not be returning. When you own an ice cream shop, your primary customers are often children and families. If interacting respectfully with them is too much to ask, perhaps this is not the right line of work.

DON’T BRING YOUR CHILDREN IN THIS PLACE. The owner. Guy with glasses is the most despicable human I’ve ever met. After a brief disagreement over absolutely nothing he swore at me in front of my kids and wife so that they heard. Insulted my mother who wasn’t even present and probably more but I didn’t give him the satisfaction of paying any attention to him. What a complete joke. Many other ice cream places to spend your money. Clearly from other reviews others have had experiences with this guy as well.

Came in for a double scoop in a cup—staff were polite and welcoming. Quick service and a pleasant overall experience. Would definitely come back!

The worker (older gentleman) is so annoying and wouldn't even let me open the freeze to get a better look at the cakes and their prices listed on them. He kept coming up to me and closing the door and saying I have to ask him to take the cake out of the freezer. When I picked which cake I wanted, I looked over and saw he was dealing with other customers at the counter, so I opened the freezer again to grab the cake I want to purchase. He runs over in panic like I'm about to drop his newborn baby. Ridiculous. Now I see why this location has a low star rating.

It was my first time experience that was so bad because of the customer service, there was one chinese person who was taking our order it was our first time at baskin robbins, i was asking about the menu and i was asking different different menu but it seems like he was irritated when i asked him and he was smiling that i dont know much about the menu at baskin robins. I request to hire some experience persons who really want to give great customer service

Lovely couple working here! They were ever welcoming and friendly to my kids. Location is in a nice plaza with lots of parking. And can’t forget about the yummmmmy icecream flavours and toppings!!

The owner is so rude… both him and his wife. Told my husband the hurry up and choose a cake because he had a lot of things to do… and his writing is horrendous. The best thing they could do is hire some people that are decent humans and retire their old miserable selves.
Guy here does not know the spelling of ‘customer service’. He feels that he’s doing a big favour by just being there. He does not know how to serve the ice cream, explain about flavours to new comers etc. he will be in a rush to shoo away the customers real quick even if there are kids with you. I will never go here. Go here at the cost of your time and horrible experience.

Very good! Always consistent! We’ve been coming here for a long time and I’ve checked the reviews this place has on numerous occasions. Not once have we experienced “rude” service. I mean look, he’s not overly friendly and doesn’t smile for no reason, but he says hi bye and thank you and gives you your ice cream! I mean what more do you want? He’s probably tired from working all the time. Go in get your ice cream and review the business based off the product. There is no service involved here other than him giving you your scoop. And I’m fine with that. Thank you Sir ??
