This baskin Robbin’s location at Dundas has the worst manager , she refused to serve my child as he had nut allergy as she couldn’t be bothered to go the extra mile to wash the scoop and use a new tub or give options. Instead my child was from his class as the only child not getting an ice cream as she had other kids to serve. So disappointed.

We’ve been visiting Baskin Robbins at 2400 Dundas St W in Mississauga regularly, and it’s been nothing but a great experience every time. Our usual order: 2 scoops of Rocky Road and Mousse Royale, plus a container of Cotton Candy – and occasionally, a chocolate milkshake to top it off. Every single item has been consistently delicious!
The location is super convenient, and the service is fast and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether it’s a quick stop or a planned treat, this Baskin Robbins never disappoints.
When I’m craving ice cream, this is the only place I think of. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves classic, flavorful ice cream served right!

We recently visited Baskin-Robbins with the kids, and it was a great experience. The staff—especially the lady who helped us—was very kind and patient. She let the kids try a few flavors before they picked their favorites, which made them really happy. The ice cream tasted fresh and natural, and the scoop sizes were just right—not too small, not too much. The kids absolutely loved their choices, and it turned into a fun little outing for the family. We’ll definitely be back!

Was there the Evening of April 29th 2025. Two teen girls working and they are just great workers. So polite and professional. These days it’s hard to find good younger staff these girls are great ! Was pretty busy and they handled everyone maturely and did a great job ! Thank you !

Lady upfront Jessica was very welcoming and helpful. Service was super quick and efficient. Ordered an ice cream cake online and the result was astonishing. Couldn't help myself to grab another scoop on the way out.

Went here Saturday October 5th around 430 pm. The lady working there had the most terrible attitude. No hello. No smile. Strange she didn't even respond to our hello. Pricing is insane for a Baskin Robbin. Stay away from this location.

Ordered a custom cake and asked for a chess board design. What they delivered was far from a chess board and I’m very disappointed. If they weren’t able to do the design requested they should have called the customer and let them know. Do not go to this location for a custom cake!
