Lady upfront Jessica was very welcoming and helpful. Service was super quick and efficient. Ordered an ice cream cake online and the result was astonishing. Couldn't help myself to grab another scoop on the way out.

Went here Saturday October 5th around 430 pm. The lady working there had the most terrible attitude. No hello. No smile. Strange she didn't even respond to our hello. Pricing is insane for a Baskin Robbin. Stay away from this location.

Ordered a custom cake and asked for a chess board design. What they delivered was far from a chess board and I’m very disappointed. If they weren’t able to do the design requested they should have called the customer and let them know. Do not go to this location for a custom cake!

Smallest 2 scoop sundae I have ever seen! Even added whipped cream and it was still so small! I even mentioned it to the girl behind the counter and she just smiled and walked away. $8 for this??

I called to order a Bday cake, 2nd time in a month at this location. The first time, no problems at all. The second time, poor service and was treated rudely on the phone because I couldn't state exactly the time that I would pick up the cake. Cancelled that order and called another store to order the same cake and had no issues there at all. Would have given 1 star for service at this location had the first cake order not gone so well. Respect your customers or they will go elsewhere.
