I called to order a Bday cake, 2nd time in a month at this location. The first time, no problems at all. The second time, poor service and was treated rudely on the phone because I couldn't state exactly the time that I would pick up the cake. Cancelled that order and called another store to order the same cake and had no issues there at all. Would have given 1 star for service at this location had the first cake order not gone so well. Respect your customers or they will go elsewhere.

Another great Baskin Robbins. No seating at this one so it's only grab and go. It's a great stop during the summertime as you can grab your ice cream and walk around the plaza and enjoy it. I saw that they also had the take-home sundaes here, so I grabbed a few from the freezer (they're self-service like with the cakes) and checked out. The sundaes are layered usually with some sort of crumble topping or cookie dough, and then with different flavours of ice cream all the way down. It's a LOT of ice cream so it's perfect to share or to enjoy over multiple sessions.

I'm not sure about anyone else, but it seems like as time goes on, I seem to be paying more and more for a scoop of ice cream that's seems to be getting smaller and smaller. I went with the family the other day for an ice cream and I ordered a double kids scoop in a waffle cone and then ordered a double regular scoop for the wife in a waffle come and to be honest I really had to look a few times but there wasn't much difference in scoop size. I don't mind paying for an ice cream, but when you're paying premium dollar for one damn straight, I expect full-size scoops in my cup or cone. Not saying it will be my last time as the kids enjoy the flavors but not so sure I would be getting one every time I go. Almost $50 for 4 ice creams is way to much if you ask me.

We understand it’s the end of your shift but it doesn’t give you (the employee) the right to have an attitude and treat customers in a rude manner, or take your frustration out on them.
For some reason this specific Baskin Robbins is much more expensive than others in the neighborhood. Regular milkshake is $7.99.

The hours are incorrect. We went here at 10:20 pm on a Saturday night and it was closed. Please change store hours or actually keep your store open to the time you have posted.

The salesperson touched her stomach and bellybutton while speaking to me and then gave us the ice cream without first cleaning her hands or wearing gloves..... it's very disgusting
