When we walked in, two of them were on their phones and did not even look up. We walked around and neither came to help. A third employee came back with coffees for the team. We asked for help with a coffee maker and were told where they were displayed and then the employee walked away. We stood there for several minutes and nothing. No one asked if we needed help. No one asked why we were there. They could not have cared less. We were in looking for 3 coffee machines and associate products. We were expecting to spend over $7000. Now we will go somewhere else. So sad as we live just down the street and would have purchased our consumables for our three locations here as well.

Syrup Sample Station is Genius. Allows you to really figure out which brand or sugar free u prefer. Also you can taste the chocolate sauces. This really allowed me to buy all the ones i liked without hesitation. Great place for drink lovers. Coffee, tea, k-cups, nesspresso, All the torani & monin syrups. Fruit puree, popping boba & jelly. They have mini syrups & sampler sized kits. Coffee whole beans & chai concentrates. Pumps, machine accessories. Even clearance pods when they are nearing thier expiry date. You can also mix & match pods 24 for $20. I spent an hour in here just looking through everything I wanted!

New location is hard to fine as the sign outside blends in with the exterior of the store. We had to circle a few times before we saw it, my driver thought it was a clock. Inside isn't busy, lots of selection. Managed to grab a few syrups and popping boba flavors. The pumpkin pie sauce is expiring soon which was a bummer so I didn't pick it up. We are from out of town so we stocked up for the year.

Great store! I am to buy syrup to make iced coffee at home. The store has samples of the syrups so you can taste it before buying. I'm glad that they have the sample option because initially I wanted the caramel syrup but wasn't the biggest fan of the taste so I got vanilla syrup instead. I will be back to this store to buy more syrups.

More often than not I go here to pick up my coffee beans and they are sold out of what I came in to get. Please do better handling your stock. This was the third time in the last month I have came and they said they just sold out of what I came in to get.
