More often than not I go here to pick up my coffee beans and they are sold out of what I came in to get. Please do better handling your stock. This was the third time in the last month I have came and they said they just sold out of what I came in to get.

I called today and spoke to the kindest employee, they were so helpful and even ground my espresso beans for me ? my husband picked them up so I wasn't able to go in store but I'll definitely be visiting soon. Also, if anyone is looking for the best espresso, I highly recommend Rufino it has to be the best tasting coffee I've ever had.

Went to get fresh beans, but I was running close to time. Tried calling 15min ahead 3times, no answer to the phones, i made it there by 5:31pm, no service because they closed at 5:30.

My first time at beanwise, and I love the store but I was more impressed with the customer service. Every single person was attentive right when I walked in, and gave exceptional customer service! You don’t get that nowadays, so it was refreshing to see. Def will be back!

Went here to check out to see what is offered in regards to syrups and coffee from a local place near by. Unfortunately the place looked like it was picked over and had very little stock in regards to the syrups and the coffee pods. Also found that the prices were way too high compared to others I’ve seen and have to say the staff were not very helpful or friendly.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. I visited Beanwise for the first time today and I was impressed with the staff’s knowledge and dedication to help. Their selection and flavours of coffee ground beans is incredible and I ended up purchasing a few flavours today.
Love this place, had a table to test syrups before you buy them which was very helpful!

Great selections of fresh coffee beans that can be ground in accordance to what coffee machine you're using such as coffee machine with filter or french press. Different selections and great prices for Keurig pods of Steeped tea/Hot chocolates/Flavoured coffees. I buy some to use at my work. I bought some Corksickle Water bottles that are great to use as work as they are spill proof and really well insulated for hot teas that stay very hot for hours and cold drinks until the next day even when its left in the car. The staff are very knowledgable of the different coffee beans and freshness & friendly to approach for advice. Will be back for more fresh ground flavoured coffee for my french press.

Have been a customer for years and have always enjoyed this shop. Employees here are knowledgeable and kind. Maze and Julie in particular have helped me so much when I had issues with my espresso machine and recommend me the best beans! I always refer my peers to this shop because of those two.

Three sales agents having very long conversations at the cash area. Not even looking up to say hello or offer assistance. I stood for a while watching them converse until one of them noticed me and gave some information about the machine I was looking at. As I continued to look around the store at higher end machines - They were back to their very important conversations and I was no longer interested in finding assistance. I left unfortunately. When there is a manager onsite or someone who is interested in selling a machine please let me know. I’d love to speak to someone who cares about making a sale and will entertain my questions. It’s midday and there is no one else in the shop. Poor customer service to say the least.
