First time visiting and was surprised by the selection of choices and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! They’ve got a great selection of coffee beans, tea, and brewing machines, plus a coffee grind service. Definitely coming back!

New location is hard to fine as the sign outside blends in with the exterior of the store. We had to circle a few times before we saw it, my driver thought it was a clock. Inside isn't busy, lots of selection. Managed to grab a few syrups and popping boba flavors. The pumpkin pie sauce is expiring soon which was a bummer so I didn't pick it up. We are from out of town so we stocked up for the year.

Great store! I am to buy syrup to make iced coffee at home. The store has samples of the syrups so you can taste it before buying. I'm glad that they have the sample option because initially I wanted the caramel syrup but wasn't the biggest fan of the taste so I got vanilla syrup instead. I will be back to this store to buy more syrups.

More often than not I go here to pick up my coffee beans and they are sold out of what I came in to get. Please do better handling your stock. This was the third time in the last month I have came and they said they just sold out of what I came in to get.

I wish the coffee was freshly roasted I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or not staff was ok maybe I'll try the non flavored coffee next time I don't know

I called today and spoke to the kindest employee, they were so helpful and even ground my espresso beans for me ? my husband picked them up so I wasn't able to go in store but I'll definitely be visiting soon. Also, if anyone is looking for the best espresso, I highly recommend Rufino it has to be the best tasting coffee I've ever had.

Went to get fresh beans, but I was running close to time. Tried calling 15min ahead 3times, no answer to the phones, i made it there by 5:31pm, no service because they closed at 5:30.

My first time at beanwise, and I love the store but I was more impressed with the customer service. Every single person was attentive right when I walked in, and gave exceptional customer service! You don’t get that nowadays, so it was refreshing to see. Def will be back!
