Peanne was amazing to my whole family
Came here on a hot day had to sit for a min while I was dealing with emails my 2 year old sleeping and my son enjoying his ice cream.. it was cooler and the olnt girl in there she works really hard đ will come back

Dropped in as was longing to try some beaver tails. The service was spot on even though there was a line up. Would love to come back here soon and try out their other offerings.

very unwelcoming staff. the girl at the counter didnât even smile back let alone greet. it was just me in the store - not busy at all even then. also washrooms were locked and when i asked the girl she handed me the key to the washroom? im the customer and im supposed to use the key and open the washroom?

Friendly staff but the bever tail bites are not good. Unlike the tail that is airy and slightly chewy, the bites are thick doughy balls l, tasteless and hard to swallow. Stick with the tails. The stars are for each of the ladies working, very nice people.
So I was there Sunday April 13th at 2:40pm.
I donât know what typical Sunday volume is and how many staff typically work. Today it was a nice balmy day. I felt very bad for the lone employee working. There was at least 8 customers in the store plus UBER / Skip orders chiming away. She shouldâve had additional help. 5 stars is for her excellent effort.
I only hope on my next visit it is not the same scenario or itâll be my last visit. She was excellent. Fast and friendly service under not the best of circumstances.
