Genuinely the worst beer I've ever had, clean your lines on a regular basis for goodness sake
Worst checkout experience ever. You need to manually type in your credit card details including the cvc to make a credit payment. It’s not a great experience and risky if they store your data. What happened to tap from digital wallet or old school terminal. Preference should be convenience and making this frictionless. It’s really a horrid design and expectation.

Forced to order at the table through a tablet and qr code. The tablet would not take our details. Cash or debit is much faster when you are withjn a foot of each other. When asked, the waiter said this is how we do it.

Stood at the counter for abput 5 minutes. No service . Tried there app. Took almost 3 minutes to complete the form. Added 3 beer to it and the very next question was how much of a tip they can get. Don't recommend. 10 minutes went by and we left
I just wanted a beer, they made me use an app and would not accept legal tender, it also took 15 minutes

The guys working here are so unprofessional. I’m disappointed to be Canadian. Asking if I want to adjust the tip for them dropping off the beer and never coming back! Then when I said no, and why, the East Indian gentlemen said I didn’t have to be rude. Wow. So pathetic and embarrassing. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I’m appalled. $20.35 for a bad beer, no tip, and low-key shamed for not tipping on garbage service. The conversation I had to witness from the staff was embarrassing as well. Comical.

So, it’s an airport venue, but, still, $20 for a beer is beyond ridiculous. Add to that the immovable, tightly spaced bar chairs, limited selection, and the stupid app where you have to fill in your details manually instead of just swiping a card. Welcome to the 20th century.
Not recommended.

Decent food but service so slow you'll miss your flight. Not worth the stress.

Just under $20 for a beer. Haven't paid more yet!!! If you pay by card they get you to manually fill out card info on the tablet (no touch pay or normal debit machine! at the airport!!!). What if a person is in a hurry? Is this payment system meant to force you to pay cash??? Disgusting! Stay away from this place

Not pleased with the fact that the server did not disclose the fact that there is a mandatory 20% tip.
The draft beer was advertised as 23oz or 680 ml but then compared with a 500 ml water bottles you can tell it was 500 ml not 680.
This is probably illegal,
Never coming back - I should have believed all these negative reviews as they are true.

@Pearson Airport Toronto & have struggled (for unknown reasons) to access the online ordering system via the QR code. Previously trips I have had to struggle with fixed tablet ordering systems.
Have always resorted to, & been given exemplary service by, the bar staff.
Just let the bar staff do their jobs & serve via a (cashless) register! The overall efficacy of service would benefit & I can guarantee takings would increase through more successful purchases & increased ordering promoted by the friendly bar staff’s suggestions!

What a beautiful place, kind people and nice drinks. on 19th of May, I was travelling somewhere, so I was taking some short videos in T3, where I met a lady working here. She was so professional and nice.

The slowest and least attentive service I have ever experienced in a Toronto bar and that's a pretty challenging accolade.

Ordered two small beers. Bartender wasn’t friendly, also brought two regular sized beers (16 ounce, which I’m sad to say was their regular size) and wouldn’t tell us that they did not have half pint beers. Came to over 30$. After that, the bartender handed me a tablet (not a regular machine) and asked me to fill in all my credit card details including postal code and security code as if I was doing an online shopping order. This obviously took a while and was bizarre for a legit normal restaurant. He had automatically added a 20% tip. I could only bring it down to 15%. After that, the system gave no indication that I was done paying and tried to trick me into adding two more beers to my “tab.” Never again. I am actually worried about what will happen to my credit card info now as the place was so shady.

Had a really weird experience today. The lady serving me and my husband was tipping herself on the iPad then acting like it was not including the tip, trying to get a bigger one. It was super weird and shady, she was also just sitting down eating the whole time while we were there and acted like we were an inconvenience to her. when I questioned the bill she came up and showed me and said “well if you don’t leave me the 10 extra dollars your only leaving me a 5$ tip” as a bartender myself, this was insane. Watch out guys!
