They claim to refund money back if product does not work. I sent all required detail for refund but they never sent refund money. I have been buying their products time to time but this reflected very negative impact that you are hesitating to refund money for one product did not work at all.

Don`t pay any attention to the other reviews. I love this company. I love the sleep and relax tea, as I suffer from horrible insomnia. Also the PMS pills have helped ALOT too. They seem to care about their customers. You should try it!
