Best chevapis you will ever have, makes you feel like you are back home in the balkans. Real quality meat and it is not expensive at all
On our way out of Toronto on Monday, we discovered a culinary gem near the airport: Berina's, a Bosnian family restaurant. Eastern European had us thinking about pierogi, but the chevape (kebobs), burek (meat, cheese, spinach, and potato spiral pies), and lepinja (hot stone flat bread) were unbelievably tasty and did not disappoint. We enjoyed everything with sour cream, salad, and some peach juice. At the end, our sweet hosts treated us to their favorite childhood candies and a plate of homemade desserts, including Balkan baklava. 10/10, highly recommend Bosnian food for the taste, the history lessons, and the warm hospitality of the Balkan Peninsula.
Went with my family to try and we were not disappointed!

They treated my friend and I like family. The food was fantastic and the owners were even more fantastic. Everything was made by hand and it really did feel exactly like home.
I had a good experience here, tasted a very well done kebab and was served by a passionate chef who is truly proud of his cooking and the good food that he serves.
