Not my first time coming by for their food. It’s decent food a bit on the pricey end but not bad.
Just didn’t appreciate the passive aggressive comments being passed around in front of me as they smiled and served me.
Don’t assume that we cannot understand the little insults you guys make. I am pretty shy and do my best to be super polite, the sly comments were out of nowhere. I am a no nonsense sort of person—I go in get my food and do my best to be nice about it and keep it simple.
And yes, I still tipped 20% because I know how hard it is to work in customer service just be better next time. Take care.

I bought 3 menus for take out,, i usually comes whenever i dont have time to cook.. i like the food but i was disappointed of some staff, i am only asking for a little bit soup(sinigang ) but the other lady is kind of stingy.. it’s my first time to experience this to your staff,, i asked nicely but i dont like the way she react, i think she’s new there cause i know the faces mostly of your staff.. thank you

I’ve always ordered through UBER eats. Food is always excellent but I’m just concern about food safety. Just want to request if you could SEAL the container??? And put some spoon or fork in bag?

There was a staff here that appears to be a member of the LGBT group that exhibited unfriendly behaviour towards us when we came and visit. Her vibe was just unpleasant, almost standoff-ish and no feelings of willingness to serve their clients. Don’t understand that. We got halu-halo and it was just okay. Nothing special and the ingredients appears to be cut short rendering it almost tasteless. I am unsure if I’ll be back.

Space was clean and they had all the Filipino staples. They also have in house made kakanin (rice desserts) which were also yummy. You must try the BFC Berto's Fried Chicken. Also has the best halo halo in the GTA. I also like the pork adobo and sinigang. Will be back whenever I'm in the area

some of the staff are rude and notice that they are rushing customer to pay even we are not yet done ordering and when i asked for the dessert that i already paid the staff has the nerve to raised her voice and said that i should wait. food is ok but not great. they should start looking into retraining your staff and you may start in teaching them with manners.

I've been to a lot of Filipino restaurants in GTA. This is my favorite.
Ordered bbq at $4/ea. It's not good. Unmarinated and the sauce I think is banana ketchup or just regular ketchup. Either way, it wasn't good, we had to request for it to be heated and sauced because it was given dry

Great bubble tea! I had the taro with tapioca. It's got a slushy type of consistency which is nice, something between bubble tea and ice cream. It would be nice to choose the sweetness though, since it was a bit much for me given the cup size.

One of my friends in the church recommended that I order a party tray in Berto's Restaurant located at 1063 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON L5C 1C3. When I entered the place, the servers were already smiling with you even from afar. They were so accommodating.
We were kind of having a celebration for Mother's Day in the church and we would like this to be special with delicious food. So, I ordered the Goat Caldereta, Bihon and Canton, Chicken Wings and Chicken Shanghai. To my surprise, everyone is enjoying the food and there is not much left. Thanks Berto's Restaurant for making our Mother's Day special.
