Small but nice atmosphere. I did order Loose prawn and Mutton Rayalaseema Biryani. Loose Prawn had tail on and breaded bit thick due to which the masala didn't get infused in the prawn. The masala was good. Biryani was good but less rice more pieces, if you order this you might need extra biryani rice

A must-try! The Ghee Roast Paneer Biryani is absolutely delicious – rich, aromatic, and full of flavor. Perfectly cooked rice and soft paneer with just the right amount of spice. Highly recommended!

The worst place to eat from. They take orders and then don’t want to serve since you ordered something that according to them is not allowed.
Absolute rubbish and very bad service over the call. The girl was super rude and the customer service needs to be improved. I wasn’t served nor refunded. I lost $55 to the place for nothing. Very poor, disgusting and disappointing service by the lady at the front.

I highly recommend this place. They’re generous with their servings and I cannot finish it. I saved a lot to take home. Their customer service and overall food experience is really good. I feel at ease coming here.

**Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience**

I recently visited Biriyani Villa and unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. While I understand that everyone has their off days, I felt that the service I received was subpar due to the attitude displayed by the lady taking orders. This is the 4th time I had the same experience from the same person.

From the moment I approached the counter, her demeanor was less than welcoming. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for service. I believe that customer service should embody patience and friendliness, and I did not feel that during my visit.
I encourage the management to consider training in customer interaction to ensure that all guests have a pleasant experience when visiting. A positive attitude can greatly enhance the overall atmosphere and encourage repeat business.

Incredible service they provide, best daal makhni I ever had. They give an chaar and chatni which make it excellent combo for me. Give a try to them. Highly recommended.

My experience at this establishment was sub par. I was craving some chaap so i headed in here, already having visited this location a couple times and having an ok experience, but they have worsened with time.

The food was pathetic. Momos dough too thick. The curry too bland. The chutney was spoilt. The only thing ok was the laccha parantha. Low bar. I think they even added chicken to my veg momos. When i asked them to change my curry, i was told that according to their policy, they aren’t allowed to. Seriously?

Will definitely not be returning here.

I visited Briyani Villa today. My experience is too good. I ordered a chicken biryani. It taste so good. they always compromise with customer. they listen to customers.

I am sad to share this. I have been going here for years. Ordered a Boneless Chicken Biryani. At the time of the order I asked for extra chicken (and would pay for it too, no problem). I was told that it wouldn't taste the same. So when I opened the lid I was unpleasantly surprised to find three small chicken pieces. Mostly rice. What on earth happened to the Biryani Villa I used to know?

I dont know about other food but we said dum biryani and it was the wrost i ever have. Don’t ever try scam !!!!!!!!!!!!
