Food is great, the jalebi, the samosas, the namak pare, mithai (gulab jaman and qalakand are my favourite) are all a hit.
Customer Service is fine, just not warm and friendly, maybe because they are busy. I have seen people with large orders go through difficult experiences more than once.
They can streamline the waiting by making two lines one for mithai and one for everything else.
Go for the food, not the service.

Good sweets but horrible customer service. They really need to embrace more professionalism. Cash clerk had some family relatives over and they took ages to complete their order. Furthermore, we saw family relatives (including toddler) went into the kitchen, which should not be allowed for to safety and hygiene purpose.
