Bobacha Cafe Port Credit

I want to express my disappointment with the service at your Mississauga location on Saturday, October 19th, around 6:45 PM. The male cashier was rude, snappy when I asked a question about milk alternatives, and creating a loud, uncomfortable environment by aggressively handling utensils. At one point he threw something so hard into the sink it sounded like something broke.
As a loyal customer of over 3 years, I’ve always driven the distance to Port Credit despite many other bubble tea places nearby because I loved the quality of the drinks. However, the poor service and low-quality drinks I received this time mean I won’t be returning.
I hope this issue will be addressed for future customers.

They conveniently run out of the items for their special of the day. 4/5 times that I have gone for the special of the day drink they don’t have one of the items that goes in the drink and won’t do any substitutions for that drink. Extremely easy to go to a neighbouring spot who does have items in stock.

I am a regular customer who loves bubble tea, and I often visit this shop. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was extremely disappointing. I decided to try a new flavor and had a question for the cashier. I didn't understand her response initially and politely asked her to repeat it a couple of times. Her tone was harsh, and she seemed annoyed, giving me unpleasant looks even though I was being courteous. This behavior was shocking and very upsetting. This will be my last visit, and I will not return.

I have brought about 6 or 7 friends to this place and everybody has said the same thing it is one of the best bubble tea places around. The prices are absolutely amazing. You also get a great discounts. If you buy ten bubble teas you get one free. They have an extensive and menu with so many amazing choices from sweet to fruits to everything in between. I also love that they have milk substitutes. They also offer different sweetnesses, so you can get it at a 100% suite. 50% suite or 30% suite or 0 sugar at all, which I love and I think is great. They also have a lot of amazing add ons such as mango boba Brown sugar pearls. And a whole varity of other things as well.

I visited your store and had an accident where my drink spilled. When I asked for a refill, the response was dismissive. I understand accidents are my responsibility, but I was surprised by the lack of courtesy, especially considering the price of the drink (around 8 dollars). In Port Credit, it's common for stores to offer a refill in such situations. Many drink places in Port Credit will happily accommodate people who were in my situation. After my drink spilt, the manager had said along the lines of “It’s not my fault your drink spilt” ,“Ok and it was your fault.” Ive never experienced this disrespect as I’ve been going to this location for 4 years.

was in the area and craving for some milk tea. First time to try their milktea. Ordered their original milk tea. The taste doesn’t pass my tastebuds.. Tea taste like watered down.

Taro slush is heavenly - they had it 2 for 1 on uber eats for a while and its such a steal.I've never seen any food in the display cases when there although i've seen pictures online.

The smothi is full of artificial flavors and colors. It has no fruits as written in the restaurant. Lots of ice for a smothi that made me sick. I don’t recommend.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Bobacha in Port Credit. I mistakenly forgot to update the sugar level for one of my taro milk teas in an Uber Eats order. When I called, the staff not only remade the drink promptly but also surprised me with a free one, along with a heartfelt note. Their exceptional service and generosity truly made my day, and I’m grateful for the unexpected holiday joy they brought. Kudos to the fantastic team at Bobacha! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had the "Caramel Milk Tea" with oat milk, it was watery and not at all tasty.

I go here all the time and everything is amazing. The place is really nice and the music is always great. The drinks taste super good and the employees are always friendly. I highly recommend going here!
