I came in behind another customer at 8:45 on May 15, 2024 and needed to plug my phone in for two seconds just to charge it so I could use the app for my order. The person working there finished with the customer they were dealing with, and as I turned around and unplugged my phone they just walked out to the back and ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes eventually calling out to see if anybody was going to come and had to give up and hurry to work.

Came to this location on Wednesday, After my workout at the gym & I had a great experience!!Urja was the only worker there at the time and she is the sweetest most kindest person ever. she made my protein shake so good & recommended me her favs aswell to try next time aswell :)It was so nice having small talk with urja because she was very down to earth and not only did she have great customer service skills but she was such a kind girl. 10/10 Experience at this location and i will definitely be back to see my girl Urja ❤️
