I’ve been meaning to share this for a while—better late than never.

Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. I visited with my daughter, and the young girl behind the counter was handling a large order. She asked us to wait and said she'd help us as soon as she could.

We took a seat and waited patiently. About seven minutes later, another woman walked in. It took around ten minutes for the girl to complete the first order, and instead of serving us—who had been waiting much longer—she went straight to help the woman who arrived after us.

I pointed it out, but she didn’t offer even the slightest apology, and continued taking the other woman's ordee. We ended up leaving, and I promised myself I wouldn't return (and never did). Really unacceptable service.

I wish I could give them a zero star review.

Ordered a drink and a panini today. 1. Girl behind the counter finishes making the drink order after mine. 2. She gives me my panini, I leave and when I go eat it it’s not even what I ordered: I had to go back in and ask her to make me a pesto one. Waited forever again and then she’s says sorry first time she just said oh I gave you the wrong one. Doesn’t even offer a monster ball for the inconvenience. Just shitty service

Ramanpreet is the best.

Very good service! I usually order my juice online and pick it up on my way to work. Yummy juices and efficient service.

Tastes good, but is extremely expensive. Unless you're wealthy, I wouldn't recommend having anything here.

Vegetarian options: Lot of vegetarian options when it comes to juices and smoothies

Dietary restrictions: One can customize the drinks pretty their preference

Parking: Lot of free parking slots, though the ones closest to stores are the most sought after, and hence difficult to find

Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly menu and store as well

Wheelchair accessibility: Convenient for the differently abled to enter and exit, though not so for seating

I was starving and asked what was in the wrap. Chicken good, peppers bad. Kanchan, the young lady that was working there was happy to make me a wrap, sans peppers. She was an absolute delight. Very helpful and very friendly. I was greeted with a smile and she went out of her way to make my wrap. Thank you Kanchan.
