Went here earlier tonight and was served by the loveliest British gentleman at the bar, he is so tall and I think his name was Solomun or something. Wow, what impeccable customer service. He made my whole night and I will be returning just for him. The food was alright

Our table was surrounded by fruit flies, it was really gross. I think we killed 5 and I ended up returning my food. Makes you really think how the kitchen must be…. This location needs a real big change.

Never EVER come here unless they revamp their food.
FOOD:
- Nachos were below average, and their cajun wings had no flavour. Of the apps, the hot honey wings was the only saving grace.
- We ordered two pizzas, subbing bacon for chicken since we need halal. No sauce on either pizza…. it was just dough (undercooked, soft, not crispy at all) and cheese. Yes, there was NO pizza sauce under the cheese. How?? Speaking of cheese, the shredded cheddar was unmelted bc it came out cold.
-So dry, and I’m pretty sure frozen pizzas taste better because the dough was so flavourless. What’s even more disappointing is how expensive everything was. these 4 dishes came out to near 35+ pp… Not worth it.
Service: I try to be nice to waiters since they’re busy and face many terrible customers. Our waiter was patient and explained the choices to us well, just wish they came by to fill up our water more often, especially because the pizza was so dry.

The bartender was doing her best as much she could. We visited at 9 today and there was a lady at the front who was basically chilling rather than helping customers. I think if there is need an even its not ur job u could help customers. We had to ask thrice for every thing. Food was good but the service very bad. Bartender was good but the front lady wasn't basically doing her part. Never gonna visit again.

I visited Boston Pizza today and noticed a lot of food flies around the table and drinks. It really affected the dining experience. The service was fine, but the hygiene needs serious improvement. I hope the management looks into this and maintains better cleanliness.

First and last time at this Boston Pizza. Went with a group of people last night and our server/service was a horrible experience. Took server 10 plus minutes to get 2 waters and 2 ice teas then waited even longer for another water and one alcoholic beverage for our friend. Then when we were ordering food, the server was questioning if we would like to add sides for additional cost. We then told the server the menu clearly states the handhelds and the pasta comes with one side. It was clear the server was not familiar with the menu.
When we got our food, we were not asked if we needed any condiments, and were never once asked for refills on our drinks. We asked the server for ketchup for fries and waited 15 minutes, the same server came back to the table with nothing in hand. Again asked for the ketchup that never came the first time we requested condiments for our meal. We also believe we got food poisoning as three guests all had food poisoning symptoms.
I’ve never had such a terrible customer service experience before like this at a restaurant.

Disappointing Late Evening Experience
I went to Boston Pizza with my family around 10:30 PM, well before their listed closing time of 12:00 AM. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, so we waited about 5–8 minutes before someone finally noticed us — only after making eye contact.
When we were finally assisted, the staff member told us that they had already closed the kitchen because they “didn’t think anyone else would come.” This was very disappointing, especially since we came well within their open hours.
If the restaurant advertises that it’s open until midnight, guests should be able to expect full service until then. Unfortunately, the lack of attentiveness and early kitchen closure made for a poor experience.

We stopped by around 10:30 pm for a late dinner after a long day, only to find the kitchen had already made its last food call. That was disappointing because the posted closing time is 12:00 am. If you close at midnight, most guests reasonably expect to be able to order food at least until ~11:30 pm, or at the very least see a clearly posted last-call time.
There was no signage at the entrance, nothing on the menu, and nothing obvious online indicating an earlier kitchen cutoff. We planned our night around eating here and ended up leaving hungry and rushing to find somewhere else still serving. The vibe looked nice and the place seemed like it would’ve been a great spot to relax, but the early last call overshadowed the experience.
This isn’t about nitpicking—it’s about clear communication. If the kitchen stops taking orders well before closing, please state the exact last-call time on the front door, on Google/Maps hours, and inside the restaurant. Even a simple note like “Kitchen closes 90 minutes before closing” would set expectations and save guests from frustration.
Bottom line: Double-check the kitchen last-call if you’re visiting late. Management: aligning the posted closing time with the actual food service cutoff (or clearly listing both) would go a long way. I’d be happy to come back and update this review if the hours and last-call details are made consistent and visible.
Went at 10:30 they said we already took last call coz they thought nobody will come
Thanks
Please make sure to turn off open sign next time
