We just left this Boston Pizza location and we’re very disappointed with the service.
We arrived with a group of 10 people, 4 adults and 6 children for a St. Patrick’s Day lunch. The restaurant was almost empty.
We were told that there was an automatic 20% gratuity on our group. We were not satisfied with this and agreed to 15% gratuity. We happily tip very well for good service but prefer to choose the amount we tip based on service. Many of us have worked...read full review
