Unsatisfactory experience at this location. The manager working here should be more warm and attentive to their customers and take accountability.

Been to this Boston Pizza a few times and like to compare it to the others I have been to but unfortunately I have never had a good meal here. The service is slow even when the bar section is empty. The food sits under the lamp too long or is over cooked. If you are only looking for a beer then this is the place but I hope you have 20 minutes to sit before someone takes your order....also, look into new kitchen staff or you will never put out a decent meal again. Sorry, but it's the truth.

Not the greatest service and food was uncooked when we went. Updating this now to this year now went there restaurant was about 50% empty we called in advance said last call is 1030 but never mentioned a table wait. Went there was told about 30-45 min wait only to wait that time to be told to wait an additional 30-40 mins.

Had a lovely dinner at this location. Our waitress Mac was absolutely fantastic. Quick and efficient and just lovely. Also made sure to accommodate us with any additional thing we needed to make our dinner perfect even if not officially on the menu. Will definitely be back!!!! Thank you so much!!

Parking: Lots of parking in front of store

We had a lovely experience at this location. Tanya was pleasant and attentive. She ensured we were well taken care of.  My child has allergies, and Tanya ensured that the kid's meal was free of the appropriate allergens. Thank you!

Nice to see customer service being so kind and having conversations.

Vegetarian options: I am glad to see the rising costs are triggering changes to the menus at BP. It's too bad there are no bigger changes in food choices or volume. It appears shrinkflation has been understood, but customer satisfaction is not a priority; customer choices from the menu are dull and boring, and the expectation for tips makes it hard to swallow when you only have a handful of quality choices for vegetarians. Why not shrinkflation more of your food where an appetizer costs more than a steak? I am curious how that will sit with your customers

Dietary restrictions: It's unclear, but I'm enjoying the attempt to meet halfway. Maybe increasing the costs a wee bit more might activate more changes! The anguish one feels after having dinner with dairy and being lactose intolerant might be the same pain one feels with the rising cost and so little going back to the employees. Perhaps CEOs and CFOs, etc, might be able to get their yachts and ask for government payouts to reimburse busin11ess executives with a bonus from taxpayers hard earned money.

Kid-friendliness: It's a good thing the costs of a kid's meal are now equivalent to a McDonald's adult meal! Pretty soon, the price of a mean will be a good downpayment for a used car. Or maybe we should have kids starve since profits are all we care about nowadays. It would be one thing if a family restaurant demonstrated that importance by having employees be happy more consistently instead of expecting tips to cover their shortfall. Kids would not be such a nuisance to servers.

Worst Boston pizza to dine in. Came here out of our way and was told to wait 15-20 minutes when the whole restaurant was empty. Once sat, we noticed the sticky tables that were allegedly being cleaned in that time. Server was rude and didn’t really show any interest in serving us.

*terrible service, management doesn’t honour credits previously given to guests. Entire restaurant was empty (bar side included) yet we waited 20 minutes for a table of 3.

*zero stars if that was possible.
