Went in for the pasta deal, ended up charging me way more than it should have been. Pasta was good though. Service was okay, could have been better given it didn’t seem very busy.

We had a wonderful experience at this place! The food and service were great, but what truly made our visit special was Tania. She went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday memorable by creating beautiful artwork on the plate. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Thank you, Tania, for making the celebration so special.

This location has very poor customer service, and the food quality is terrible. Long story short, I would never recommend taking a chance with this location. Management clearly does not care about the customer experience—only the convenience of the staff and owner.
We ordered food, but half of the items never arrived. There was no staff available to check on our order, and when the bill was finally brought to us, it included the full order amount. When we asked about the missing items, we were told, “Oh, they forgot to make it.” Seriously?
This is not the first time this has happened. It is the third incident in the past year at this location. Consistent mistakes like this show a complete lack of accountability and quality control.
If it were possible, I would give this location -10 stars.

The food was mostly good but the service was horrible 😣 they brought the mains of one of our guests before the appetizers and took forever to get the appetizers. Plenty of times they served us unclean dishes. Our server seemed super frazzled, and sad part is, the restaurant was empty, so there’s no understandable reason for such a chaotic service… never returning here

I recently dined at Boston Pizza and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the service was okay, it didn’t really make up for the quality of the food. The pizza was mediocre at best—honestly, it was worse than frozen pizza from the supermarket. I expected much more and was left feeling unsatisfied. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I don’t know what’s going on here but the customer service is definitely lacking. We came in for lunch around 11:30 AM and there were minimal guests inside. It took over 10 minutes before a server came to our table to take our order and that was only after we flagged one down. Two of us ordered French onion soup as part of the meal and when it came, it luke warm at best. Once again, we had to hunt down our server and although she was apologetic we now had to wait for a fresh hot bowl to arrive, and in the meantime, the other people with us were eating their meal. As the place got busier it was evident that they were either understaffed or just not offering the level of customer service one would expect. We watched customers patiently waiting for orders to be taken. In the end, our meals were delicious, but there was zero compensation for the soup, not even a free glass of Coke which we all ordered with our meals. We regularly go to Boston Pizza, but at another location and I have to say the customer service there is top-notch in comparison to this location. Sorry, but we will not be returning here even though this is closer to home. One last thing… I noticed that anyone who makes a five star positive review gets a personalized response however, anyone making a negative review gets a computer generated response. Say no more.

Excellent service from Chastity tonight! We had a large group and she was taking care of so many other tables too! They even had a magician circling around, what a great night. There is so much variety in the menu, options for everyone. We highly recommend this location!
