Amazing service at Boston Pizza today thanks to our waitress, Zelia. The dining room was busy, but she was on top of everything we never even had to ask for refills. She gave amazing food and drink recommendations, especially the chicken parm, which was incredible and something I never would’ve thought to try. She was attentive, friendly, and so caring I honestly thought she was one of the owners of the place. Service like that really stands out. Huge credit to her and this location!

Very rude and disrespectful!
I’ve been coming to this Boston Pizza location with my wife and our two young sons every weekend for the past couple of months. Our experiences have usually been fine, but today was unfortunately very disappointing.
From the moment we sat down, communication with our waitress was difficult. She kept repeatedly asking whether we wanted all the food to come out at once, and we kept answering the same way: please bring out whatever is ready. Despite that, she continued asking the same question over and over. When the appetizers arrived, we politely asked for napkins, and she felt the need to comment that there were a couple on the table already before reluctantly bringing more.
After finishing the appetizers, she informed us that the main dishes would take an additional 10 minutes. Much more time passed, so we asked to cancel the mains if they were going to take longer. Instead of trying to help, she responded defensively, insisting it hadn’t been 10 minutes and said she would get the manager.
When the manager arrived, things got even worse. He approached us with an attitude, speaking in a loud and disrespectful tone, saying “It’s not even 10 minutes yet” while showing me a screenshot of a timer. His aggressive tone and body language were completely uncalled for. I calmly pointed out that the way he was speaking to us was inappropriate and disrespectful, but he didn’t respond.
At that point, I asked for the bill and requested the mains to go. I also clearly told him that I would be sharing this experience in a review. He didn’t seem to care at all and acted as if our feedback didn’t matter.
For a place we’ve been loyal to every weekend, this level of service and attitude was extremely disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving the way customers are treated.

Love this location! Been going here for over 12 years. My mom and i went here for lunch and our server was awesome! Super friendly and efficient. Aakarsh is a great server/ Bartender! 5 stars!
Edit: So although the review i left above was accurate. My last Visit was terrible, the server was so rude and the service was just awful, I sent an email about a month ago and never heard back. Just from the last visit alone and the fact i was completely ignored was enough for us not to want to go back. Is this how you treat long time customers? Extremely disappointing.

I have never been treated with so little respect. The « hostess » was a large man,maybe the manager, and he was on a mission to prevent us from going to the bar side of the restaurant. He was so rude that we didn’t even go into the restaurant and chose to go elsewhere. I think Boston is not well represented here. They are way more friendly there.

Called to make a reservation for the bar but was told they don't take reservations. Got here 2 hours early for the 1st game of the World Series to find the bar more than half reserved. When I asked, I was told they were reserved for the owner's friends. I guess the customers don't matter, just the friends. Very disappointed in the customer service and the owner. I guess we aren't important enough and is all about who you know. Will have to find a better place that treats it's customers better. We've been sitting in the dining room are for 40 min and don't even have menus or water.
Lovely restaurant. For friends and families to enjoy amazing foods. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.
Our group from work came October 21st, 2025....it was beautifully decorated for Halloween.
I loved the surprise at the entry my friend when she was entering had quite the scare....we couldn't stop laughing.
