Terrible customer service from Anup the manager on duty during 7.30pm at Aimco & Dixie. Lack of professionalism and disrespectful on how to deal with customer's order. He was too lazy to change the order just because we ask for halal option. And started frustrating and warn us to next time to mention halal prior of placing an order and now he will have to re-start the order again. And he started giving us a long lecture about how he have to redo the order. What a shame with rudeness and total Laziness. takes too long to place the order on the phone, we ended up ordering from a different boston restaurant 😒.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were openly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No customer should be treated with such disrespect — especially when all I wanted was to enjoy some time, which even got worse after seeing their rude, miserable faces. Their attitude was unacceptable and felt personal. Boston Pizza should hold its staff accountable, because behavior like this drives customers away and damages the reputation of the entire brand.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Boston Pizza. The two servers working there were unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. If this is what they call customer service, it’s a disgrace. Management needs to seriously rethink who they have dealing with customers. Anybody reading this, don’t even think of going to place, if you don’t wanna make your day bad just talking to those Miserable servers.

1st time ordered through door dash , opened pizza not even close to what i ordered I asked for credit back to my card . instead reply was you have a credit i don't want a credit don't plan. using it again . this was a order i made from hotel while traveling
