I guess it was somewhat entertaining to hear the absolute screaming match from the kitchen and some interesting choice of words. The server came out to chat with the only other table with customers in the whole place twice and completely ignored us, what a waste of time.

Also They were also letting a whole bunch of underaged teens into the bar area, which previously they section off for 19+.

I normally don't leave reviews, but it has to be said. Don't go to this location! Simple! I entered hungry and left hungry. I ordered the Fiesta Salad which was missing some of the ingredients and for theose includ.. there was barely any. Did not qualify as a main salad. Calorie count compared to the Chicken Pecan salad is listed as very close on the menu, but the quantity of topics was maybe 1/8 that of the Chicken Pecan salad that someone else ordered. The waitress tried to rectify the issue and bring out more chicken and toppings, but the restaurant refused. I had to go somewhere else for food as I was still hungry. Not being a big eater, this is just not acceptable when you're trying to eat healthy and paying $20 for a salad. Just horrible!!! Boston Pizza do better! I wouldn't go here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My server Joni was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive and kind. A great server who does her job well! My family and I ordered wings, a few pizzas and a clubhouse sandwich! The food was good and I would definitely come back.

Bad service, I waited for a while at the entrance without anyone attending to me. The person who served me was rude and when they handed me my order, they just threw it on the counter and went to chat with some people at a table. When I opened my order to check that everything was okay, the food box was open.
We came in for lunch at 230, got seated with menus, 25 min nobody came to take order. We had to walk out. Cannot belive it. Very poor management.

I visited Boston Pizza on December 30th at around 10:30 PM with a couple of friends. We were there for just over an hour, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the behaviour of our server. When we asked for the bill around 11:30 PM and inquired about other items on the menu, the server responded in a rude tone, saying, “I’m closing and leaving,” despite the restaurant being listed as open until 1 AM.
Her attitude made the environment feel unwelcoming, and I left feeling upset by the lack of professionalism. When it came time to pay, she simply held out the payment machine and said “tap here,” without allowing me to review my bill or make any adjustments.
Based on this experience and the way I was treated, I do not plan on returning.

Last night we stopped in around 9 PM and were greeted by our server and bartender, Julia (red hair). The restaurant wasn’t too busy when we arrived, though it definitely started to pick up during the hour we were there. Julia was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely personable. She walked us through a few highlights from what I believe was the new holiday menu, and her recommendations did not disappoint. The mozzarella sticks she suggested were absolutely phenomenal. Exceptional service, great energy, and delicious food—I’ll definitely be back!

I really wish I had read the reviews before visiting this location as this seems pretty repetitive. I stopped here because it was a bit closer than the Airport Road location I usually go to.
We walked in and were seated immediately. Our server, Julia, came over to take our order. I asked for water, and she brought one single glass for a table of two. Not a big deal, but it set the tone.
When our food arrived, Julia simply dropped the plates off and walked away without checking in on us. It was 11 PM with only one other active table, so it’s not like the place was busy. I had to call her over to ask for ketchup. When I started eating the fries, they were so stale, it was unbelievable. It was like they had been sitting out for hours. It was shocking.
I called Julia over again (now I’m checking up on her) She responded with, “Oh, let me tell them in the back,” and returned with fresh fries. Still, she never once checked to see if the food was okay, never asked if we needed more drinks, and overall seemed annoyed that we were even there.
By halfway through the meal, I was completely turned off by both the service and the food quality. Don’t let this stray you away from other Boston pizzas, this specific location is the issue.
