Had a really good time with my friends at this location. It was our server Kristina that made our experiences much better than most of the other boston pizza we've been too. She dosent stop we all asked her how she does it. She was amazing and we will all be returning to this location again because of her. Thanks again Kristina for giving all of us our best experience we ever had at a boston pizza. Table 141 thanks you and ull definitely see us again.

I visited this Boston Pizza location with friends around midnight, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The server who assisted us seemed intoxicated or under the influence, as she was acting erratically, frequently coming very close to our faces, and her eyes were noticeably bloodshot. Her behavior made us uncomfortable throughout our meal. The pastas were cold as if they’d been sitting out and the server just forgot to bring them out on time. Additionally, the service was subpar, and our food was served cold. While she repeatedly brought us large amounts of water, the rest of the service was neglected. We were hesitant to send the food back due to concerns about her condition, which made us feel uneasy. I also don’t want someone to microwave my pasta that should’ve been warm to begin with. There were 5 of us s and we all got a different pasta dish. Everything was cold
Overall, it was a very unsettling experience, and I hope the management addresses this situation for the safety and comfort of future customers.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service by Riya. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed.
