Bought a combo to share with my two young children. I asked for 2 paper plates and 2 forks. The minute I asked, the cashiers smile turned to a glare. She gave me one and refused to give me anymore unless I paid extra. Had to go to a nearby food court stand to ask for a plate and fork which they gave free of charge otherwise my kids and I would have been eating with our hands and without plates. Very interesting business model. I guess they couldn't spare the 2 cents extra to maintain what used to be a life long customer. Used to love this place, never again. The rudeness alone would have lost me, shocked that I would be treated like a criminal for asking that my children get a 1 cent plate each.

I must admit the food can appear unappetizing. But I have never truly been disappointed. I am too 1% of uber eats orders from this place and having recently moved nearby I can say this place is 10/10 in terms of flavour town. A combo 3 never disappoints and fills me up past my limit. I love the friendly smile and atmosphere and am disappointed in the reviews I see. They are still around for a reason. And I hope they continue to go strong!

I usually buy from bourbon and the meals taste great but the rice, corn and chicken at this location tasted very bland and had no flavor. Paid 15 dollars for the meal and was very disappointed

Today, I ordered 2 Combo 3's ($15.99 x 3 + tax) in 2 biodegradable containers and 1 can of Sprite. Spent + $35. Wanted to split the food between my elderly parents and myself in the food court at Erin Mills Town Centre. Asked for a paper plate. East Indian lady at cash stated that she could only give me a lid of a take-out plastic container to eat on. When I asked for another biodegradeable container she said it would cost $0.50. Then the East Indian woman asked the Asian woman serving the food how much for a container. Asian woman said it would be $1.00. I was so confused I stated "Wow, how did the price jump up $0.50 in 5 sec?". I refused the container lid and stated that at Dixie Mall location they give you an extra paper plate at no extra charge. East Indian woman stated that this is what management told her to tell people. Not impressed with the service after spending so much money. Very cheap. Also, there is barely any meat in the breaded chicken dishes. Basically they are selling lots of sauce and bread with a tiny piece of chicken in between.

The food here is horrible! Do not waste your money! This location is the worse, the one in Dixie mall is better. The food wasn't warm and it was stale ( I ordered the chicken and noodles) and she kept scrapping from the bottom, even when I repeatedly told her not to because I could see the bottom looked burnt. Absolutely never again, I would rather starve!
