Had a great experience overall. Came to the mall with no intention to eat however I was able to sample a few items that sold me (bourbon chicken and bang bang). Portion size was respectable as well! Would definitely come back!

The food is good but their service is even great! One of the girls named Leela was extremely nice, polite and sweet! Portion size is great too.

I've been to many other locations. Pretty much everyone in my family likes the food.
This is the first time that I've been disappointed with the brand.
Noodles were reasonably warm.
Chicken was cold and dry.
Mashed potatoes were cold.
Spring rolls were cold and super oily.

Wife and I love this place. Usually combo 3 with bourbon chicken, honey/bang chicken, fried rice, mango salad.
Great food for the price. Portion sizes are great as well. Have been coming here for a number of years. The new bang bang chicken was very spicy!

It used to be a good place for a quick meal, but my recent visit was terrible.
I found black hairs in my noodles đ€ź, and the taste was strange. It didnât taste like Chinese cuisine to meâmore like Indian food, in my opinion. Iâm not sure if the chef is Indian.
On top of that, the chicken wrapped in flour barely had any real chicken inside, and it was fried to a very dark color. Could it be that they havenât changed the cooking oil in a long time?
I will not visit this place again

If you wonder why your Bourbon chicken (and just their good in genetal) now tastes different, keep reading.
The owner of this place has recently decided to replace all of their original staff (longest tenured being 16 years), by cheaper workers. Workers who do not understand the cuisine, who have probably never worked for this type of fast food restaurant and who cannot make a simple East Asian noodle dish. Ever notice how your noodle is probably kind of raw? Yeah, that's why.
So save your money and go somewhere else. Don't support a business that is this shady and decides to let go of his workers to save themselves a few pennies. Good luck keeping the business afloat for another month.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the bourbon chicken (which was good as always) with blackened chicken. The chicken had a strange taste. I went to return it or exchange it and literally was given a look of disgust and no care whatsoever to my concern of the taste. I was actually given a straight no as if I was in the wrong for complaining. The two women at the front were completely useless and couldnât care less about my concern for the âoffâ taste. Keep in mind I never complain or write bad reviews but this really hit me the wrong way. I paid $29 for two proteins and shut down and made to feel crazy because of my âoffâ taste buds. I donât recommend that his place anymore. One of my favourites now because shitty customer service now las on my list.

Friendly service and very good portions, but the quality of food just doesnât match up to some other Bourbon Street Grill locations. Begs the question if corporate follows up on reviews, especially when one considers so many negative comments. Although the pricing is reasonable, it would be nice if the served higher end menu options such as crawfish like some other locations do.

Very bad experience for customer service. The lady needs to learn how to deal with customer in a polite manner. The gentleman who was there was great.

Bought a combo to share with my two young children. I asked for 2 paper plates and 2 forks. The minute I asked, the cashiers smile turned to a glare. She gave me one and refused to give me anymore unless I paid extra. Had to go to a nearby food court stand to ask for a plate and fork which they gave free of charge otherwise my kids and I would have been eating with our hands and without plates. Very interesting business model. I guess they couldn't spare the 2 cents extra to maintain what used to be a life long customer. Used to love this place, never again. The rudeness alone would have lost me, shocked that I would be treated like a criminal for asking that my children get a 1 cent plate each.

Bourbon chicken and noodles is tasty.
I must admit the food can appear unappetizing. But I have never truly been disappointed. I am too 1% of uber eats orders from this place and having recently moved nearby I can say this place is 10/10 in terms of flavour town. A combo 3 never disappoints and fills me up past my limit. I love the friendly smile and atmosphere and am disappointed in the reviews I see. They are still around for a reason. And I hope they continue to go strong!
Not friendly and they add extra money without reason
