Friendly service and very good portions, but the quality of food just doesn’t match up to some other Bourbon Street Grill locations. Begs the question if corporate follows up on reviews, especially when one considers so many negative comments. Although the pricing is reasonable, it would be nice if the served higher end menu options such as crawfish like some other locations do.

I must admit the food can appear unappetizing. But I have never truly been disappointed. I am too 1% of uber eats orders from this place and having recently moved nearby I can say this place is 10/10 in terms of flavour town. A combo 3 never disappoints and fills me up past my limit. I love the friendly smile and atmosphere and am disappointed in the reviews I see. They are still around for a reason. And I hope they continue to go strong!

recently visited Bourbon Grill and had an average dining experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. The noodles and chicken were particularly disappointing, lacking flavor and seasoning. Despite being told that the chili chicken was spicy, it turned out to be only mildly so, with barely a hint of heat. Additionally, the entire meal lacked sufficient salt, making it quite bland overall.
